  My family and I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr. Allen Brown for making this process easy and stress free. Mr. Brown was professional, great listener, and he took care of everything which was huge relief with my busy schedule. Anytime I had a question or concern he would answer the same day. He was very informative on the process. NELA roofing crew did a fabulous job on my roof. In just two days the roof was on and the clean up was phenomenal. I highly recommend Mr. Allen Brown and NELA roofing for all your needs. Lastly, I rarely give recommendations unless I strongly believe in the person and/or business character.

  Allen Brown was so helpful and worked with our insurance endlessly to make A new roof happen. We ran into three different obstacles, but he stayed focused and worked with our insurance to make sure that our roof was completely paid for. Very patient and kind, honest guy.

  I did have some significant issues at the start of my project with NELA Roofing, including poor communication and unfinished work that left me very frustrated. That said, the company ultimately made things right. NELA reached out on their own, brought a contractor to address the problems, repaired the damage, and completed the flashing. They moved quickly once they got involved and went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly taken care of. I worked with Corbin during this follow-up, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. His involvement made a big difference and gave me confidence that the job was being handled correctly. While my initial experience was rocky, I want to recognize that NELA stood behind their work and made sure the project was completed to standard in the end.

  I had a great experience with NELA Roofing and Allen Brown, Project Manager. He was very professional and kept me informed of everything, from start to finish. He's thorough and great to work with. The install was completed in one day. If you're needing a roof, NELA will not disappoint. I highly recommend this company!!!
