one star is one too many! this company was highly unprofessional. No show, no call, had to call them to see why. When they finally showed up they were extremely messy, workers drinking beer and throwing cans off of the roof. Stayed one night until 9 blaring music on the roof. Also don't expect the price they give you!

We purchased a roof for $13856.47 and a deduction $2474.67 it was not taken off from the amount should of been $11381.80 but it wasn't then another 3000 was added and took it to $16486.47 and now none of the salesman will contact and fix this and goodleap finance it and told us to call Mike and I did never got a response from him so now I am fixing to go higher with the situation how u gonna charge that much and dont take the discount off and send it to the loan company and think im sit and let u rob me and pay over the amount no I will not and what type of business ignore u when they made a mistake and don't wanna correct it well it will be sent to BBB and see what they have to say about this sale and the paperwor9j is wrong also well I referred them to a neighbor and they do this crap to me about my money no its bad business

To start off, I only put a 1 star because I had to for this company. If it was up to me, I would not given them a single star. They were polite in the beginning until I decided to get other estimates for my roof. They attempted to be pushy and talk me out of it. Then pretended that they understood why I was doing it due to another HORRIBLE experience with another roofing company. Once they found out I that I chose to go with another roofing company, an employee with Best Choice text me and made it a point to tell me personal issues that one of the employee with the company that I chose to go with was having in his life. This employee with Best Choice Roofing was extremely inappropriate and rude. Also, they were attempting to charge me for a two story structure, when my house is a one story. They were going to charge me this unreal amount to remove and reattach my gutter. They were also going to charge me extra for each roofer and to have a project manager/supervisor on site. Their estimation was $1,600 more than the other companies. And last but not least, that estimate DID NOT include the metal roof that needed to be replaced on my sunroom. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!! I would highly recommend finding another company!!!
