  They do good work, they did my dad's roof but they will not take small jobs.

  The owner, estimator and installation crew were Awesome!! However after our roof was completed and it was necessary to interact with the office staff I found them unprofessional and in my opinion they seemed uninterested in their job as far as customer service is concerned. Probably a good thing they weren’t our first impression of this company.

  Napier's replaced our trim, siding, and gutters. They did a great job and I would recommend anyone to hire them. They cleaned up our yard very well and were very respectful.

  We just had our roof and garage redone - The crew was wonderful, respectful of our property and showed up when promised. The cleanup was great. Hardworking and a job well done. Highly recommend.

  We had our roof replaced by Napiers a few weeks ago and were very impressed with the results. We had multiple spots on the roof that were leaking and they were very fair and honest with what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend them. Wonderful crew and I was amazed with the professionalism and the work that was done. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up after. Ten out of ten!!! Thank you Napiers!!!!

  Due to recent storms/ high winds, it was time for our roof to be replaced, along with the fact that our home is older. It truly was nothing but smooth sailing from the very beginning. When we first met with Napier’s Home Improvement for our repair estimate we knew they were the way to go, not even bothering to check out any other companies. They are very professional and willing to answer and address all and any questions/concerns. During the roof replacement, an unexpected issue arose regarding some previous work done to our roof, Wesley was very helpful and honest regarding how he would help us correct this issue with clean work. He was very sympathetic, and him and his crew worked with utmost integrity. His integrity to do the job correctly was really appreciated. You don’t find this type of honest work anymore, especially with such great prices. Wesley is very transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. He explained what work was done, showed us pictures of the roof before, during, and after, and really took his time explaining what was done. We are very happy customers. The crew cleaned up really well, almost like they were never there, except now have a beautiful, clean, professionally installed roof. I would highly recommend Napier’s Home Improvement to anyone looking for honest, reliable, high-quality work all at a great price.

  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nick H. when setting up our project. There was no sales-pitch, he was honest and to the point. Once Wesley Napier and his crew came to do our roof, we were met with nothing but respect and integrity. Wes is knowledgeable in his trade and cordial when speaking. We spoke at length about my concerns regarding my home's problem areas. Furthermore, my city is particular regarding building code; Wes ensured any answer he gave was backed up with reasoning. When he came across a challenging coding question, he made sure to double check with other members of his family at Napier's Home Improvement to secure a proper, well-informed answer. THAT is how you handle a business! He told me his thoughts and we agreed on an approach to any problems that came up. Integrity all the way, and these guys are old school tradesmen. The seasoned crew were professional, good humored and respectful. In addition, they are the cleanest crew I have ever seen. They left no trace of debris, the smallest pieces of plastic, the dozens of magnet sweeps, without a trace! These guys are proverbial ghosts. You would never know they were there, but you'll blink and have a new roof!
