  Good Afternoon John, Don will be in touch to further explain, but the reason for the estimate on the full replacement & not the spot repair is because your current soffit is a discontinued material, he did not need to measure it because he is very familiar with that material. We would not be able to patch it. As for price breakdown, we are happy to provide a breakdown of the quote if you prefer it that way.

  Scheduled an estimate for an exact date and time, estimate was submitted for “anytime” which meant 5 days later, wasted a day off for an estimate that never came. 1/10 experience

  All I hear from them is the word "can't" when asking for a quote. I have some basic work needed and they apparently "can't" do anything.

  Called Don at excel to get a quote on siding that was damaged by a tree limb. He stated he is so busy he is not even going to quote the work. I even told him I did not care how long I waited, still did not want to quote the job. It seems to me they are doing just fine without any new business. Will update this post with the number for a company who is willing to do some work

  Wife had work done and notice something was not complete, called the company and talked to management was promised they would send someone out to correct the problem that's been almost one year, spoke to Carlton....... No show....... Stay Away.

  Excel did our wall insulation, siding, trim and gutters. Their crews were friendly and professional. We can’t say enough good things about them. The products they use are top notch but the installers really make the difference. Thanks to Aaron, Zach, Jaron and Don in sales. Their pricing is competitive and fair. After the wall insulation was done the first thing we noticed was that the house was silent from outside noise. They put insulation board and insulated Ascend siding on and the inside temperature is much more stable. The AC works less now. We already have a neighbor that had their house insulated by Excel due to our positive experience.

  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with EXCELL. Had a roof leak in the living room. Don was out the same day we called, provided a competitive price and scheduled the new roof project immediately. The crew was on time and completed the job the same day. They were careful with the landscaping, tarped off where needed and cleaned up leaving the property looking like they were never there. We couldn’t be more satisfied!

  Don our saleperson was awesome to work with. He really was able to understand our needs and provide a competitve price. Kevin and David were excellent siding installers. Their attention to detail was superb. They were never to busy to answer questions. The gutter crew was efficient and had several years of experience. We would highly recommend Excel for siding and gutters.

  It was a pleasure to work with Don from the very beginning to the end and also the siding crew. Kevin and (I wish I knew his name) did an amazing job on my trim, siding, and soffit. Gutter crew did a great job too. Very down to earth people. Always left the job site tidy and clean at the end of each day. Extremely satisfied with Excel and would highly recommend to everyone.
