called them once each week for three weeks and each time was told they would be out to look at a soffit for me. No one ever showed, no one ever called back. The last time i called it was the same person i talked to from before and i asked why they havent been out or called me back and he said it wasnt him that i spoke to and he would make sure i was contacted. Never was. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Rude, never showed up to even quote job. What makes you so important that you don't owe a potential customer the courtesy of a phone call.?

They installed gutters on a home 6 months ago that came off the house. Gutter has been hanging off the house for three weeks now with no attempt to fix it. Another easy 40lf gutter job was given 2 months ago and was told would be completed 5 weeks ago. I have called and talked to the owner about 7 times regarding these two issues, and I’m always promised they will be quickly done and yet I find myself having to keep calling week after week. I’ll remove if they can get the gutters done this weekend like I’ve been promised again.
