I had called for leak repair, and they were supposed to be here last week but never came. I followed up multiple times via text – three times, to be exact – but he read my texts and didn’t reply. I called him four times, through phone calls …

Had Roof done last year and we thought we had a leak. We called Michael and he was out within the hour. It turned out that it was not the roof but it was the Air Conditioner pump that was plugged. He went up and cleared it out for us at no charge. Amazing and Exceptional Service.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate it! That's a good tip for building owners. Just this week, we had three owners who thought they had roof leaks. Instead, it was clogged condensation lines on their roof top AC units that caused water to back up into their buildings.

Mike and his crew made our commercial roof replacement painless. They removed an old rubber roof and replaced it with a new one with a 15 year warranty from the manufacturer. Project was completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend MW Morss Roofing.

I have worked in property management for nearly 40 years. That's about how long I've known and worked with the people at MW Morss Roofing. They have never let us down and rank as one of the premiere contractors we use to make our business run smoothly!
