READ THIS QUICK! HE KEEPS DELETING IT! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! BEWARE! Never have I seen such an unprofessional and vindictive display of words and actions from any business owner. Nick, the owner of Munroe roofing and construction out of Plymouth is who I'm talking about. Here is a copy of his text messages to my wife. Estimated arrival 6:15 would you prefer to reschedule? Yes please He went to bed and I'm not home I just pulled in your driveway.... I just drove an hour after I asked if you would like to reschedule to be told no when I pull in your driveway...... FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR ROOF! Wow!!! Ok I'm in a school auditorium at my kids dance recital !!!! Our original meeting was set for 5PM, around 10 minutes before five he sends a text stating he will be over closer to 5:30. At 3 minutes to six, still no Nick so I ask my wife to try and reschedule for another date as I work nights and need to get to bed. ( Remember it's now over an hour after our original meeting time)The texts above are his response! This is someone who owns a business???. I can only suggest for your own good, stay away from this company. This kind of attitude doesn't belong in any business. Now this next part is the most troublesome, The next morning (Saturday) my low tire pressure light comes on. I check my rear right tire and yup you guessed it, A NICE SHINEY NEW ROOFING NAIL IS IN MY RIGHT REAR TIRE!!! Now I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but I wonder if the person who placed it there noticed the security camera on my front porch...

Nick completed a roofing and cedar shingles siding job for me and all work was exceptional, timely, and professional. Easy to work with; Nick took the time to explain options and make recommendations. I highly recommend and would hire Munroe Construction again.

Nothing but great things to say about Nick and his team! They did fast, quality work. Also very fair pricing. Nick was very communicative and responsive. They also meticulously cleaned up after the project was done!

Fantastic experience with Nick and tram. I can't believe how fast he took care of my new roof, and at a very fair price. So easy to work with, great consultation, the yard was left in perfect shape, and I'm so happy with the roof that I want to start a new project already!

Punctual, very clean did an awesome job. He did exactly as stated per our agreement. Which is extremely rare he didn't bump up price or add any extras. Also, he is very easy to communicate with and answered my texts at all hours. Thank you Nick I will be calling for more work to be done in the future.

Nick came out the day I called to have my roof checked because we had defective shingles on a whole side of our roof and a leak above our shower. He came out right away and gave us an amazing quote to work with. The quality of the work and flexibility with scheduling and getting a down payment for the work was impeccable. Everything was finished today and I'm so happy with the work. It feels nice to not see shingles on the ground and know our roof is new and weather resistant! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for roofing in the area!

Kudos to Nick Munroe and his crew. Nick quickly responded to me with a fair quote and contract. He listened to my needs and was easy to talk with. He is very knowledgable and resolved some issues with the quirks of my house. His crew of 5 was prompt and worked quickly and precisely as a coordinated team. In one day my new roof was finished as my neighbors watched in amazement. I hope to have them back to complete some new projects and to fix 2 very minor things that were overlooked. A pleasure to find real pros in this day and age.
