  I had a very bad experience with Cazeault. After having been given an estimate $1785 and date to come and repair roof, the day before I was told they would not be repairing my roof the next day but fir $800 would put an emergency tarp on my damaged roof! I would be scheduled for the repair in 2-3 weeks! My roof had been damaged months previous due to a squirrel under solar panels. I understood that they needed to be able to see the damage after panels were removed but had been told by solar co it was a small hole that would only need 4-5 shingles to repair. While I understood they needed to view the damage, I think $800 for a tarp the day before I thought it would be repaired is price gouging and taking advantage of someone in a bad situation. Especially when their original estimate for removing panels and repairing roof was $1785! And doing this day before ensuring I couldnt get someone else to repair the roof on short notice!! Horrible way to treat someone!! THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW IS ALL LIES. OF COURSE, I WAS UPSET. IF SHE WAS SHAKEN, IT WAS BECAUSE THE BAIT AND SWITCH DIDNT WORK. UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO COME AND REPAIR MY ROOF THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A TARP. SHE SAID THEY WOULD COME THAT DAY THAT THE PANELS WERE REMOVED AND REPAIR THE ROOF. TERRIBLE THING TO DO TO A 75 YR OLD WOMAN!! I called several weeks prior to the solar panels being removed in response to the initial visit by Drew Cazeault and subsequent written estimate for the roof repair. It was understood, of course, that the hole in the roof could not be properly seen until the panels were removed. I was told 2 weeks prior to the panels being removed that I was scheduled for the roof repair on 3/17 and to call Cazeault office as soon as the Tesla crew arrived! There was no mention of a tarp! Then the day before, on 3/16, I fortunately called Cazeault to confirm and this is when Debra said they would be coming to put on an emergency tarp for $800 and I would be put on

  We promptly went out with the intention to put a tarp on the area, but due to the entire section being covered with solar, there was no way to safely secure a tarp. Not to mention that it would completely cut of your solar production as well as possibly pose a fire risk. Once it was determined that there was no way to do a temporary repair and you had a date in which Tesla was coming to remove the panels so we could do a proper repair we scheduled repair techs to come out the same day. According to the office you called the day prior and asked if we could come earlier than the 3 pm appointment that was set for day that Tesla was removing the solar panels. However, we had already scheduled other jobs and we couldn’t guarantee an earlier arrival. Although sometimes it works out, we do not like to make promises that we are not certain that we can deliver on. Also if we scheduled this too early, showed up and they are still in the process of taking off the panels, then it’s a wasted trip and we cannot do anything or would have to stand around and wait for them. The poor girl on the phone (who just recently started btw) said that she was cursed at and treated very rudely. My employee was actually quite shaken as a result of this interaction and almost quit. Ms Lilie decided to cancel her appointment with us rather than wait and give us a chance. I am only taking the time to write this so that those reading this have a chance to hear our side of the story.

  Proposal was sent on March 1st. It comes directly from our software program and sometimes get caught up in spam filters or goes directly the junk folder

  Contacted this firm for roof repair back in September. Took until DECEMBER !! for them to finally schedule me and my repair. They repair the roof (so I thought ) and then had a similar issue once we had the first snow. Finally got them back out and they said “it’s another issue” and we have to provide a quote to you for this work….been a week and again ZERO communication. They are not only not supporting work they already did and were paid for not no follow up as I still have the same issue. Terrible customer service and follow up. Would never recommend. To think they kept telling me in Sept they would fix this and have never completed the work but have been paid

  Called Cazeault to look at shingles that had blown off our roof line. It was easily visible what and where they had come from. The company charged over $100 for an estimate, or as they called it, an assessment fee. We agreed to an outrageous price (Well over $500 to replace 13 shingles.) to have the work done as many companies were busy due to Cape storms. I called after six weeks to inquire when the work would be done and was told I had not returned a contract that I had never received. Requested the estimate back as it in not usual practice to charge for this and have never heard a thing from them. Had the work done for a fraction of the cost by another company that were a pleasure to work with. Useful Funny Cool

  Had roof and exterior trim/ siding done. Have had leaks ever since job was completed years ago, their “warranty” repair was cheap and ineffective. With a large price tag for their work you would think they would be willing to fix their work when it is poor quality.

  Better off hiring some sketchy $20/hr handyman off of Craigslist. Same “quality” of “work” for far less than these clowns charge.

  We have no record of a recent call or an estimate for you in our system. We do have a call from 5/10/2016, for which we did an estimate on 5/12/2016 for tapered insulation and a rubber roof on a balcony roof. That project was under $ 3,000.00. Another inconsistency is that you have an asphalt shingle roof, not a cedar roof. I'm very familiar with your neighborhood and have done quite a few of the houses in that area. Your house was built around 2010, which means your roof should be good for another 15-20 years. All of our estimates are in writing and we document all calls. Evidently you have gotten my company confused with someone else. In all honesty, you should be posting this review for the company that did the original job nine years ago.

  Only have great things to say! We had some damage to our gutter/ roof after a blizzard and they came out same day I called them. They were more than fair, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Will definitely be calling them for any roofing needs in future!

  Great experience with Cazeault. Communication from start to finish was perfect, and we were out of state when they replaced the roof. Job was done between the two blizzards we had on cape. They cleared snow off roof and got the job done in a day. They even came back after the snow melted and cleaned up any mess and nails left behind. Thank you to their whole team in the field and office as well.

  Very easy to work with Cazeault, prompt response, came out quickly to assess roof, quote right on target. great crew, we were scheduled for February 2026 but they had cancellation so got us done in December 2025. Took them 1 day to replace roof, did a great job cleaning up, no nails in yard or driveway. Would refer Cazeault to anyone that needs the job done right, and professionally.
