My roof was replaced. The entire project, from start to finish was 100% satisfactory. They kept up to date. From permits to inspections or cleaning. The work was completed without any surprises. I was at the final inspection with the inspector and he complimented me on the quality work on my roof.

I hired APEX Roofing last autumn to replace the aging shingles on my bungalow. Their quote landed in the middle of the three estimates I collected, so price wasn’t the only reason I chose them I liked how clearly they explained the ventilation upgrades I needed. Installation took two days. Day one was noisy—tear-off always is—but the crew left the yard cleaner than I expected. The new ridge vent runs the length of the house and looks tidy from street level. Fast-forward eight months. A heavy windstorm popped a single cap shingle near the chimney. I called the office, expecting a long wait, yet they booked me for the following Tuesday. The service tech arrived with spare caps that matched my charcoal color exactly. Ten minutes on the ladder, no upsell, no lecture. The invoice? Fifty bucks, mostly for fuel and time. Overall, workmanship seems solid, and their follow-up was prompt. I can’t predict the roof’s lifespan, but so far the surface lies flat, the flashing shows no gaps, and I’ve spotted zero granule piles in the gutters. If anything changes I’ll update, but at this point I’d feel comfortable recommending APEX to neighbors who want competent, straightforward roofing help.

As a home buyer for the first time, I had many questions from my inspection and different renovations projects. Corey is very responsive and has found solutions to my problems. The work was performed by Corey, who also took me up to the new roof so I could understand it better.

Our old roof was replaced with cedar shingles in Seattle on one side. It also involved adding new flashing to the chimney, upgrading some trim, as well as removing an older wall-mounted AC unit. All was done in a short time, and the house is ready to move on with our project. Elias was part of the crew that worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again and recommend their roof services. We are very pleased with the result!
