My mom canceled something so that she can be home when they were supposed to come for an estimate, and they never showed up.

Perfection. It took me about a month to gather the three estimates I wanted, and we clearly chose the right team at Lakewood Roofing to replace the storm-damaged roof on our home in Lakewood. I spent a lot of time researching roofers and reading Google reviews, and I can say this crew was honest, direct, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their communication was clear, the job site was kept clean, everyone was respectful, and the roofing workmanship went beyond what I expected. They also made sure the shingles were installed the right way according to the manufacturer guidelines, which is very important for long-term roof performance and any future warranty coverage. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or other roofing work.

met with eduardo about our roofing project. going in, we knew the roof work might take some patience, but from the start he kept us informed and explained each step clearly. the crew stayed on schedule as much as possible, handled the roof installation in a timely way, and fixed any small issues that came up so everything was made right. even with some wet weather, material delays, and a few bumps along the way, eduardo and his team stayed professional and kept the job moving. they also worked closely with our insurance adjuster and made sure we as homeowners were taken care of throughout the whole process. our new roof looks excellent, the gutters came out great, and the extra exterior repairs really cleaned up the home. the house looks fantastic now and really stands out from the street. we are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service, and i highly recommend them for roofing and related home repair work.

I got a roofing quote within a day of calling, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They shared photos of the roof work, and each time I checked the jobsite in Lakewood, the crew looked organized, professional, and focused on quality. They completed my full roof in just one day, which was impressive, and the finished roof looks great. They also found and replaced some rotted roof decking for an added cost, explained everything clearly, and handled it the right way. After seeing the quality of their roofing work, I also had them replace my gutters, and that turned out just as well. The crew was honest, easy to talk to, and much more straightforward than other roofers I had spoken with. Cleanup was another big plus. There were no nails, shingles, or roofing debris left behind, and they even took extra time to tidy up the yard area around the house. It is rare to have such a great experience with a roofing company, and I would definitely use them again.

i had my roof fully replaced by a local roofing crew years ago, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. they were professional, dependable, fairly priced, and the workmanship on the shingles, flashing, and overall roof system was excellent. more recently, i noticed a small roof leak after some strong wind and heavy rain in Lakewood. i called the office, left a message, and Bryan returned my call within a few hours. the team came out quickly, inspected the problem area, and fixed it right away. they explained the repair clearly, showed great attention to detail, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. i am still very happy with their roofing service, fast response, and quality work. todd and the crew made the process easy, and i would definitely recommend them to anyone in Lakewood who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

We had a great experience with Levi and the team at Lakewood Roofing. From the first visit and detailed roof inspection report to the final steps of tear-off, repairs, underlayment, flashing, shingle installation, and gutters, everything went smoothly. They explained the roofing process in simple terms, kept us updated each day with photos, and made sure the job site stayed clean and organized. The crew was hardworking, professional, and easy to work with. The whole project felt stress-free from start to finish, and it was clear they cared about quality workmanship and doing the roof the right way. I do not usually take time to post reviews, but this roofing experience was so thorough and well handled that I wanted to share it.

Bryan was fantastic. After some heavy rain and wind, I noticed a small roof leak and was told it was minor and could likely be handled with a simple repair. I called for roofing help, and Bryan came out the very same day. He inspected the shingles and flashing, found that the issue was small, and patched it right away. What really stood out was his honesty. He easily could have pushed for a bigger roofing job, but instead he explained that the roof was still in good shape overall and only needed a quick fix. The repair was handled fast, the service was professional, and the whole experience felt straightforward and trustworthy. If you need a roofer in Lakewood for a leak, roof patch, or general roof inspection, this is the team I would call again.
