  Mike didn't show up for an appointment we made 2 days prior. I stopped looking for roofers because he said he would come. I called him an hour after he didn't show up and he didn't answer. We even took off work to be at home. I do not recommend and wish we had listened to previous reviews.

  He failed to make the appt today. His mailbox is full so we cannot leave a message. This company has a history of doing the same to others but we wanted to give them a try as they have good reviews. Never again! Bad work ethics!!

  I was referred to Monterey Bay Roofing & Michael by one of my neighbors. We were experiencing a roof leak so I called him and I was so glad when he answered! He said he could be to our house the same day at 11:00 and he arrived on time …

  This company installed our composite roof in 2009. They were very responsive and provided good quality craftsmanship. I installed 30 year warranty composite roof shingles with a section of Bri Torch-on due to a flat section of our roof. Just recently I was told by a big company solar roof installer that I needed to replace my roof in order for them to move forward with the project. This came as a surprise to both my husband and I because the big company's inspector said that our roof was in great condition. So, I decided to call Monterey Bay Roofing to see what could be done. The owner was also confuse and immediately(I mean how much better service can you get) came out to see what was going on with our roof. The answer...the roof looks great for a 12 year roof! I want to express my appreciation for coming out here so quickly and informing about other client's poor experiences with the big company solar roof installer.

  Mike is the best if you want a repair done as promised at a fair price this is the company to call. If you want to talk to someone every day about the same job find someone else. Trust them to do what they say and get the job done right the first time

  Mike is the best! He is honest and helped move misplaced tile on my roof and did not even charge me. He was a pleasure to talk to and is the ultimate professional. I highly recommend him!
