Amazing experience with these guys. Tyler came out and checked my roof and was very honest about the issues I had. Though minimal, I know I’ll be trusting him when it comes time to replace my roof!!

Chris from Modern USA was in the neighborhood giving the neighbor an estimate. He decided to stop by our house and offered to fly a drove over to check out our roof, free of charge. Our roof is at least 10 years old, so I was expecting some sort of bad news, but turns out everything is in good shape! Chris's boss (and drone flyer- afraid I can't remember his name) was surprised at how our roof was holding up for its age. Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly and I'm appreciative of the service they provided, which gave my husband and I some peace of mind. We'll definitely be keeping them in mind for any future roofing projects!
