We reached out to 4 different renovators to have our soffits, fascia, siding and eaves done. Not one contractor responded to us. We reached out to Modern Renovations and they came out the next day for a quote and timeline for the work to be done. They started right on time with a crew of 4 and were very professional and explained our options every step of the way. Josh the owner came out to see if we were satisfied with the many different steps that were being installed. After the work was completed they left my yard as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them to any homeowner looking for work done no matter the size of the job.

Excellent job! My house was covered in vines, and they took the time to gently remove the vines and then replace them when the siding was put on. Really over and above! Just a wonderful job!

Summer is a great time to finally tackle that exterior project you've been putting off ☀️ Long days and dry weather make it easier for our crews to complete siding work, soffit and fascia installation, and eavestrough installation without weather delays. As a local contractor serving Winnipeg, we see a lot of homes this time of year with aging panels, clogged gutters, or vented soffit that isn't doing its job anymore. Here's what a full exterior refresh with our team can include: 👉 Siding in vinyl, fibre cement, engineered wood, or steel 👉 Soffit and fascia installation for better airflow and protection 👉 Gutter replacement with seamless 5-inch eavestroughs 👉 Roofing contractor services for worn or curling shingles Every home renovation we take on is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, and we always leave the site clean with a full magnetic sweep when we're done. If your home's exterior is due for attention before fall rolls in, request a free quote through our website and let's get you on the schedule.1 day agoCall now
