My roof was put on before July 4th and during the first rain, it leaked worse than before. They attempted to fix that, but it still has problems at the chimney and the flashing has never been fixed and looks horrible. Their representative also says he ordered new shutters for me and claims to have placed the order over a month ago, but I have no shutters and despite multiple requests, have not received anything to show the shutters were ordered. Don’t even get me to talk about the painting issues. Specified a particular type of paint, color and sheen. Come home one day to find the wrong brand of paint had been used with a different sheen. Let their representative know and the painters came back the next day and put another coat of the wrong paint on. Claims he will fix it but has not. Took thousands of dollars for shutters and paint and I have no shutters and the wrong paint. Again, flashing looks horrible. Two months after the roof was put on (although not finished), I get stuck by a long line of roofing nails. Clean up was horrible. Run from this company! If any manager of this company wants to contact me, I’d appreciate it because one of your project managers is giving your company a bad name.

Mr. Cooner and his foreman Jeff were very responsive when a leak was revealed after one of the torrential rains. They came to my house and used their knowledge and expertise to find the path of water that caused the leak and this was 8 years after initial installation. Thanks Liberty Roofing !
