  Drivers in a chevrolet truck with this company and number on it flipped us off while we were driving cause they almost hit us, but really no one was gonna get hit and they just made the situation worse by flipping us off

  Knocked on my door to do an inspection. I agreed. Refused to get on my roof and said a drone would be ok. Not really an inspection if they are unwilling to actually inspect my roof.

  I called about having a quote for small repairs. I was told I would receive a call about scheduling a time. I followed up 24 hours later because I had not received the call. Waited over the weekend and called again the following Tuesday. Never once after my initial conversation did anyone return my call, pick up the phone, or reach out to me regarding the quote. How unprofessional. They are also the ones who installed my roof 2.5 years ago that needs repair because of defects.

  As you know we are extremely busy , and he has not been able to keep everyone happy. Inspections are not on the top of the list as there are still hundreds of homes that are not watertight and the families are not living in them. These are at the top of the list for this company. We are sorry for not having the time to inspect your roof as we are still addressing the torn off roofs and requests from right after the storm calls. He wants to help eveyone and just can't to all of them. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

  Left a message days ago. Never received a call back....but when I left a 1 star review, I received a reply to that.

  We are indeed very busy from the the hurricane. The mailbox stays full and we have a full time perosnal taking messages and taking calls. Please trust we are doing the best we can . Stay safe .

  I am a Plumbing Contractor and have watched this company for years do quality and professional work. They also clean up their waste. Lance communicates well through voice and text. Seeing this, I used them on my personal home. I highly recommend this company.

  Lance and his crew did an outstanding job on my father’s roof. They were fairly priced, were polite, efficient, and the work area was better than it was when they came. Would highly recommend them for any job. 10/10

  We needed our aging metal roof replaced to maintain insurance coverage on our beach house. Lance promptly answered my request, very experienced answers to my problem, gave a fair market quote, scheduled to meet our time frame… then sent a very talented crew who rapidly replaced our roof with excellent workmanship. They did exactly what I wanted, thoroughly cleaned up all debris, and the final statement was exactly what I was quoted. I can’t think of anything else they could have done to make it it better. I would 100% recommend them.

  They showed up on time and cleaned up after their work. You don't have to pay a dime until you are satisfied. Work was so good that My Mom used them to have new roof put on her house and she was very pleased. Highly recommend this company.

  Extremely professional installers took extra care not to damage anything around the house, kept work site very clean an organized. This company is the best roof company I have ever used period. They used upgraded ridge vents an shingles along with upgraded underlayment. Could not ask for a company to do better. Excellent job

  Very efficient. Did our house in one day with multiple peaks plus garage. Cleaned up everything and even blew off deck, drive and walkway. Picked up all wayward nails with metal roller. Highly recommend them.

  I had Roof Doctors repair/replace my roof after Sally sometime in late Jan/Feb 2021. Come Apr 10th and after the hail storm, I had to replace again. Called lance Monday; he came out Wed and his team led by Miguel (same team as last time) finished today (Thursday). The team is absolutely fantastic. How can you get any better service? Not that I know off. Kudo's again Lance. Thank you!!!

  Awesome company to take care of your roofing needs. I have had 2 roofs replaced and each time they have been efficient and professional. Cleaned up completely and other than a new beautiful roof you could not tell they had been there. The price was fair and beat there competition. Would recommend them each and every time someone needs a roof or repair.
