  Significant project delays, poor communication, shoddy workmanship, unreliable crew members, lack of responsiveness to concerns, poorly written contracts,I felt left in the dark with how much the initial cost was drastically increased and I was left to pay some of it off as the insurance would not cover it. No deadlines it was always a hassle to get things scheduled and when so wouldn’t either show up or even contact me. Took nearly 6 months to put the gutters on, within that timeframe I left numerous voicemails for Rob and he only returned ONE of my phone call and even then did not give me ANY definite answers. Save yourself a major headache and do not hire them. I’ll add that I chose this company as they were local and seemed to have good reviews.

  I want to share my experience working directly with Luis Garcia. Luis knocked on my door some time back to discuss our roof. What started with a thorough roofing assessment quickly turned into a much larger project. Luis was a top notch professional during every step of the process. From start to finish he communicated effectively, made sure our needs were met, and always made sure to go the extra mile. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with him, and I would gladly work with him, and refer him in on to friends and family. It is tough to find people who genuinely care- and Luis is one of those people.

  Awesome job well done! Roof and siding replaced. My project manager, Brenda, was flipping amazing. She briefed in a very timely manner and was consistently on top of every milestone. Professionally and patiently so even the missed deliverables owned by me. Attention to detail and ultimate quality of completion stellar.

  Rob and his team were awesome to work with! From the start, Rob took the time to explain the whole roof installation process and made sure I understood everything before they got started. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up so well after finishing that you wouldn’t know a roofing project had just happened. Everyone was super nice and professional throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair!

  We had a really bad hail storm and that morning I went out of town for the weekend. When I returned, I had about 10 flyers on my door and about 30 minutes later Rob came to my door. Rob seemed very trustworthy and got out his drone to take pictures and inspected everything and found much damage to my roof, siding, gutters, and deck. Rob worked with my insurance the best he could. Unfortunately due to circumstances, Midwest was not the company who completed the project. My review is to share how professional and thorough Rob is. He takes his work to heart and does a better job than any roofer I've met. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, skills, and professionalism and will be reaching out to him for future needs.

  Rob and his team were amazing to work with! Friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was perfect before finishing. My new roof looks amazing, and I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of roofing work!
