We hired this company to install our flat roof in 2021, and unfortunately, it has leaked every winter since installation. To their credit, the owner returned to assess the issue personally and sent crews back multiple times in an attempt to identify and fix the problem. However, despite repeated visits, they were never able to properly diagnose the source of the leak or provide a lasting solution. As a result, we experienced recurring water damage and incurred repeated costs to repair the interior of our home. After ongoing communication and continued issues, we ultimately sought a second opinion. Another roofing company identified and fixed the problem promptly. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. Despite years of recurring leaks and associated damage following their installation, they refused to compensate us and maintained that they had “done their job perfectly.” A roof is a major investment, and reliability and accountability matter. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Metropolitan Contracting Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
