Much higher than most — the typical roofer in Ontario sits at 2.9%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Some of our shingles were in bad shape and were coming loose which I noticed around 6pm last Friday. I spoke to Jake about the issue and he had a technician at our house within an hour for a repair to fix them. Incredible turnaround on an emergency service. Cannot express my gratitude enough for it, especially before all the rain we had last weekend! Thanks Jake!

Anax Roofing did a great job on our roof. I highly recommend Jake. The pricing is fair. The team was great. They kept everything tidy. I'm really pleased with the work they did. I will definitely be recommending Anax.

I called Anax up this morning advising them that I had some wind damage done to my roof. Within hours, Jake had a team at the house and made the repairs. Another company who I previously used never even returned my call. I would highly recommend calling Jake - his service was impeccable. I will use them again anytime.

These guys are stars. I interacted with Jake who was clear in his communication and always prompt. The guys got the roof done on tight timing before the winter hit, and were polite and helpful. Pricing was fair and this was all around a great experience :)

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 17 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 17, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
