Contacted this gentleman back in late January for roofing work on one of my properties, because of the 5-star reviews and outdoor advertisements. Came promptly to measure and extended a price for the work. I accepted the estimate and was told he'd reach out with a contract. Understanding he's incredibly busy, I waited one month to reach out to him again. He explained his wife had surgery and that he'd get a contract out in two weeks. More than 2.5 months later, still haven't heard anything. Perhaps I dodged a bullet. In any event, simply saying, "I'm not interested", or, "This is beyond the scope of my abilities", would've been the best course of action. Mr. Mendoza might have great roofing skills, but he dropped the ball on what would've been a lucrative relationship. I have 4 properties in need of renovation.

I definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs! Super professional, kind, reliable and came out to assess my roof quick. Next day repair and his price was great! Did I mention he’s a licensed contractor as well! Oh yeah! I’ll be contacting him for trim work, remodeling, painting and flooring! My #1 choice!!

I called Mendoza Roofing this morning, a little after 8am, spoke with a gentleman who said he would be at my home in 30 minutes, he was there in less than 25 minutes… He checked the area where my issues were, went got his supplies. Less than an hour, I went from having a problem, to having that problem resolved! I definitely recommend this company, and will call them for all of my roofing needs!
