  In April, I hired this company to fix a roof leak. A technician came out and applied silicone caulking, and I paid $200 for the service. After the next major rainstorm, I inspected the area and found that the leak persisted and my ceiling was still wet. I contacted the owner to follow up, and for several weeks, he assured me someone would come out to address the issue. Despite repeated calls and messages, no one showed up. Eventually, Jamie informed me that the person who performed the repair no longer works for the company and had been doing unauthorized work behind his back. I hired this company, not an individual contractor. It is not my responsibility to deal with your internal problems. The technician represented your business when he came to my property, performed the work, and accepted payment. Refusing to honor or warranty the service provided is unacceptable. As a result of this company's failure to properly fix the leak, I was forced to hire another roofing company to resolve the issue. Stay away from this roofing company!!

  Called Floyd in August of 2024 to fix a roof that was leaking into the property. They fixed it and told us we have a 10 year labor warranty. 1 week after they “fixed” my roof it started leaking as if it had not been touched and they send a man out there and all he did was spray flex seal all over my roof. That held up fine as the rainy season stopped. We had a big storm come by just couple days ago, and my roof was leaking again and it was just as bad as it was before Floyd roofing even touched it. I called Jamie and he said I’ll have a new guy come out to take a look at it, because he fired two of the guys due to issues like this happening. I called him the next day, 2x, goes straight to voicemail. I called on my property phone and he does not answer. I then messaged him and he left me on read. Messaged him the day after that and no answer. Was going to get my whole commercial property a new roof and was going to call Floyd’s but I am happy the true colors showed. Good Job Floyd’s Roofing because you just lost yourself some big time 💰💰 Do your self a favor and look up some other roofers in the area. I had a new guy come out and he said whatever they did was incorrect. Crazy part is Floyd Roofing didn’t even fix my problem. They fixed a part of my roof that didn’t even need fixing. Trash ownership, trash employees and trash service.

  I hired this company for the installation of a new metal roof on an outbuilding. Initially Jamie’s response was quick and he was very helpful. After asking for it, I received a written estimate via email which included a “10 year labor warranty.” The roof began leaking immediately, and someone was sent to quickly repair it. However, the problem increased as the weeks continued. Less than 6 months after the install the entire roof was pouring water in every single time it rained hard. I called and emailed, with little to no response. Any response I did get was basically that Jamie would make some calls, get someone out, etc. with no response. I battled this for 3 months until finally Jamie answered a phone call, patched in his roofer, and we discussed the issue. That was 2 months ago. As this problem went on I began investigating the company’s reviews more, and discovered I was DEFINITELY not the only one with this issue, even discovering that the owner apparently had legal action taken against him due to accepting money and not finishing the job (public records on the internet). I have now hired a second, actually reputable, company to come in. They have found that the initial job was not done correctly, with ZERO rubber water stoppers put in on the original job, and the actual screws were not even placed correctly on the transition piece (they were screwed in to absolutely nothing…they removed them by simply unscrewing them by hand). So their “10 year labor warranty” is completely useless since they are obviously incapable of doing the job correctly in the first place. Hopefully anyone looking for a roofing job learns from my mistake and stays FAR away from this company!!!

  Excellent service without a doubt. Finding the exact cause of the leak is NOT easy. The crew did and evaluated the best course of action. Job was completed the same day and the price was extremely reasonable. This was the second time I needed their service and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Don't hesitate to call.
