these guys did both our siding and roof and im glad we bundled it. found them through a recommendation from someone in Forest Park who used them last year. the roof was the bigger job and they handled it in a couple days. what i noticed most was how tidy they kept things, magnet rolled the yard for nails a few times. siding came out sharp too. the estimator wasnt pushy at all, just laid out the options and let us decide. price was in line with what we expected. only interaction that stood out was one of the workers stopping to answer my dumb questions about ventilation without acting annoyed. house looks like a different place now and its held up fine through the wind weve had

started this whole thing back in late spring after noticing some siding panels coming loose on the south side. got a couple quotes from companies serving the Forest Park area and Maxguard came in middle of the pack on price but the rep ended up being the only one who pointed out the roof was probably next on the list too. didnt push it though, just mentioned it. ended up going with them for siding first. that job went smooth so when the roof started leaking around a vent in october we called them back. they squeezed us in faster than i expected given it was fall busy season. roof install took two days, siding had taken three. both times the cleanup was thorough, no nails in the driveway, no scraps in the bushes. the project manager checked in by phone the day after each job to make sure we were happy with how things looked

Reached out to Maxguard after my brother in law mentioned he had used them a couple years back. Estimator showed up on the dot, looked at the roof and the siding since we were considering both, and wrote up two separate quotes so we could …
