What a fantastic experience from the very first phone call to the final cleanup. We woke up to water dripping straight into our kitchen after that heavy spring storm, and I was in an absolute panic thinking we would be out tens of thousands …

Hearing feedback like this is exactly why I got into this business! I'm so glad I could be there the same morning to get that tarp up and give you some peace of mind. Navigating insurance claims is tough, but I was more than happy to step in, share that drone footage, and fight for the quality roof system you deserved. Thank you for the high recommendation—it was an absolute pleasure working with you!

What an absolute breath of fresh air working with these guys. i was really worried about my wife's flowerbeds getting crushed during the tear-off process. The crew actually laid out heavy tarps and built little wooden frames over the bushes …

We greatly appreciate the feedback! A great roofing job shouldn't come at the expense of your beautiful landscaping, so we always make it a priority to protect flowerbeds and bushes during a tear-off. Our CatchALL system makes that possible. Thank you for trusting us with your two-layer roof replacement, and we’re thrilled to hear you love the look of the new upgraded shingles!

Wow, I am just so impressed with the integrity of this business. We thought we had major roof damage after a storm and called them out for an estimate. The inspector went up there, took a bunch of photos, and came back down to tell us our …

Such a stellar experience dealing with this roofing crew. I consider myself pretty handy and usually do my own home repairs, but messing around on a two-story roof is where I draw the line. I noticed some water stains on the plywood in our attic and knew we had a ventilation issue causing moisture buildup. The estimator arrived exactly on time and actually listened to my concerns instead of just launching into a sales pitch. He confirmed my suspicions about the poor airflow and wrote up a detailed quote to strip the roof, install intake baffles, and run a continuous ridge vent across the top. The price was extremely fair for the amount of work required. The installation team worked like a well-oiled machine. They stripped the old stuff off fast, fixed the rot in the decking, and laid the new architectural shingles down perfectly straight. I watched them nail the shingles and they hit the proper strike zone every single time. My attic is so much drier now and the house feels a lot cooler during the day. It feels so good to hire a company that actually knows the science behind a good roofing system instead of just slapping shingles on wood.

We greatly appreciate the detailed feedback! You're exactly right—a great roof is about the entire system, not just slapping down shingles. Our team loves working with handy homeowners who know what a quality install looks like. Thank you for choosing us to handle your ventilation and roofing needs! Thanks Jay!

Oh my gosh, the drone inspection was the coolest thing ever. It showed us the exact hail damage on our shingles without anyone having to climb a ladder first.

Max and his team did an amazing job from bid to paperwork to install and while they definitely did 5-star work, the reason that has me leaving a review more than a year later are two things: …

Man, thank you so much for this! 'Day 1 and Day 500' is a killer compliment. For us, once you're a customer, you're always a customer, so I was more than happy to jump on that paperwork for you. That’s awesome news about the insurance discount, too—those Class 4 shingles really pay off. Appreciate you taking the time to share this!
