  The project manager is very unprofessional.!!!!! This company did not care that they completely destroyed my husband’s business. The project manager came in looked at the damage and said “MY BAD”.. He was aware that removing the kind of roof we had would cause leaking, I asked him why as a manager you wouldn’t let the businesses know this is a possibility? That way everyone can prepare and cover inventory? His response was I don’t know, MY BAD!!

  Amy, we understand your frustration and are sorry you feel this way, but this is an inaccurate representation of our company and our project manager. As we mentioned to your husband, both of you were informed by the building owner ahead of time about water infiltration and debris being a possibility during this re-roof project. Again, we were only shown the wet ceiling tiles and where a bit of water was on the floor. While our project manager tried to reason with you all, he was called names, told how to do his job, told there was much more damage than what was shown to us, demanded a check to be written, and told to get out of the space and manage his guys. We understand that this situation was frustrating, but we still expect our staff to be treated with respect.

  Trash roofing company. Not a care at all for water damage below what they’re working on. When asked about it: “my bad, not our fault”

  Mike, we apologize that you had a negative experience with our company. However, this is not an accurate representation of what happened and the behavior displayed toward our team was uncalled for. We were only shown the wet ceiling tiles and where a bit of water was on the floor. The owner of this building informed you, as a tenant, that more water would leak into the space and that debris could fall from the ceiling while we tear off the old saturated roof. As a tenant, you were notified to take appropriate precautions to protect your belongings. When our roofing technicians were in the middle of the re-roofing project, your friend got on the roof yelling at our team. Although our project manager tried to reason with them, they were combative and refused to show him any damage so that it could be taken care of properly. We cannot properly assess damage without seeing it. We understand that this was an upsetting experience for you, but our team deserves to be respected and have the space to do their work safely and effectively. We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred and remain committed to providing quality work to our customers.

  I purchased a residential flat roof house that had been installed by Ciaccio Roofing. I called them to come out and inspect and provide maintenance needs when I took possession since I have never had a flat roof house. I called twice and …

  They dont care about you and they dont care at all it take so long for them to come out always making excuses that there not working on that day or the weather is bad. I'm out here waiting and I have to call them to see where there at and then they tell me that they aren't gonna come.

  Worst roofing contractor if ever worked with, after a year I’m still trying to get a roof on finally they get all the material over to my property 2 weeks later 3 people come over for an hour and a half still no shingles put on. This is October. Don’t use these people they don’t care about you

  Had guys on a 3 story with no tie off's. Someone could have fallen off. I would never use you.
