  We are thankful to have selected Maverick Exteriors to replace our roofing following a hail and wind storm. They were so professional and helpful throughout the process. Bob and his team were very attentive to all the details, documented the progress and took plenty of photos to show us the completed work. Everything was done according to the plan that Bob shared with us from the beginning and we sincerely appreciated the clear and honest communication throughout the process. I'm including a picture of our crew installing the new underlayment after removing two layers of the damaged materials. For any storm damage roof repair or full roofing replacement in the Olathe, KS area...we strongly recommend contacting Maverick Exteriors. They were a great choice!

  Maverick Exteriors did a fantastic job helping us navigate through the process of replacing our roof following hail and windstorm damage. Bob and the entire team were very responsive to our needs and walked us through the entire process and helped us feel less confused working through Insurance. All supplies were delivered and neatly arrange as the team took every precaution to install protection for ground level windows and doors. The entire project was completed very efficiently even with a very steep and detailed roof. We selected the IKO Cambridge Driftwood shingles and they look great! The team did a great job with the clean up after the work was done...everything was terrific. We highly recommend contacting Maverick Exteriors if you need a trustworthy and professional crew in the Olathe, KS area to do a roof inspection or repair/replacement after storm damage. You'll be glad you did.

  Maverick Exteriors did an awesome job on the project. The communication was clear, the crew was professional, and they completed all the documentation with our insurance. The documentation and estimate tool they're using is super advanced and also helpful if we need to negotiate with the insurance. Their warranty is very competitive as well.   I signed with Maverick after receiving a quote that was more than fair. I tried to get a quote from Bordner Roofing but was met with resistance as to how I needed to be present for their inspection. I am an out is state landlord but thankfully Maverick provided a solution.

  This review is long past due (work done last year)... Our house was having big issues. Leaking roof, failing siding, bug intrusion, and potential leaks in the walls. Working with Bob, Jack, José, and the Maverick team was a great experience all in all. We re-sided our entire home from shake shingle exterior to insulated Craneboard. Gutters were also installed. To start the whole process off, Bob and his team worked quickly and diligently to prepare a quote on a very short timeline. This quote was honored throughout the whole process, nothing shady here. As the work began, Bob and his team let us know what we could expect, made good recommendations, and kept me in the loop with anything that might change from what we agreed on. With leaky roof and failing siding, one of our major concerns was water damage. I discussed this with Bob early on in the process. Bob and his team helped us identify and fix our framing that was water damaged as it was found. He called me, showed me the damage, and explained the fix and the cost before doing anything, all in line with his initial quote and the expectations he set. It’s great to know that the damage to our house is not going to cause more problems in the future due to Maverick's good work. The team also helped patch the leaking in our roof, (thanks José!) it's wonderful to not have to scramble when a rainstorm is coming. Bob also worked closely with a window installer (see review at Uhl Windows & Doors), which was not his typical workflow. I appreciated his flexibility and communication with the other contractor. The finished product at the window looks great and functions well. We also had an unexpected emergency in the middle of the project, and Bob and team continued to work with us throughout that challenging time. There were a few challenges with working with Bob/team. Communication was not always super responsive. At one point there was some water ingress into the house due to a lack of temporary provisions to prevent
