We contacted Maryland Roofing to fix a leaking roof at our home in Annapolis. We had hired another company before that to do the repair but after at least five different attempts the roof was still leaking. We decided to contact Maryland Roofing after reading on line reviews which were all very positive. Tim and Craig came out that same day and quickly diagnosed the issue where the other company had not done correct work. They committed to quickly return which they did, they performed the repair, and we are so thankful for the excellent job they did. Problem is fixed - as evidenced by NO LEAK throughout several occasions of heavy, extended rains. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars 👍

Great to have people you can trust even when you can't be there. My property in MD needed a new roof and I live in WA. Maryland Roofing Company was great to work with and they kept communication open throughout the whole process. Sent pictures during the job and kept me in the loop with everything. Tim also helped us work with our insurance company as there was evidence of wind damage. All around great experience and would highly recommend to others.

Great experience, highly recommend! I've contacted several roofing companies in the past 2 weeks and only heard back from one. The one company who returned my call did NOT show up for the appointment to look at my roof, very frustrating. A coworker referred to Tim at Maryland Roofing and he was out to look at my roof the same day I contacted him. I received an estimate the next morning and my roof was replaced with in a week of soliciting Tim. Never thought getting my roof replaced would be such a frustrating process but I'm thankful that Tim and Maryland Roof acted fast and got the job done before Christmas.

Maryland Roofing has been fantastic to work with! Two calls on two separate days and I received same day service both times. That's how it should be done. Their crew was also great. Located leaks, even in the rain, and repaired them quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Maryland Roofing for both residential and commercial applications. You can't go wrong!

Maryland Roofing just completed replacing my roof yesterday here in Pasadena. The Operations Manager Tim kept me updated and inform during the entire process. To begin, Maryland Roofing provided me an estimate that was thousands less than 2 other estimates I've had already gotten. Tim noted it would take about 2 weeks to get the job schedule due to rain and snowy period we were going through. With a break in the weather, Tim contacted me 3 days prior and noted the job would is scheduled for Thursday. He noted the roofing supplies would be delivered on Wednesday and a dumpster would be delivered early Thursday morning and the work crew will be also be there on Thursday morning to complete the roof the same day. Everything happen just as Tim noted. The roofing materials were GAF top of the line products. The crew was very experience and professional. Tim checked on the job several times throughout the day to make sure everything was well. The work crew of 4 was very efficient and kept any mess to the minimum. They used ground tarps and cleaned up entire site at the end. Even the dumpster was removed the same day. The new roof looks perfect! Excellent job by Maryland Roofing!
