Called four companies for a new roof on the Eastern Shore in Saxis VA . Matthews company was the only one who responded, he did what he said he was going to do. Matthew Marsh and Eastern Shore Roofing and Remodeling are exceptional. After months of being ignored by my original roofing contractor over a critical ventilation imbalance, Matthew came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, provided me a timely proposal and estimate, and corrected everything in less than a week! Matthew was highly responsive within the same day, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, provided a detailed and professional proposal, arrived when he said he would, and left the property clean. As a homeowner dealing with this alone, his professionalism and thoroughness gave me complete confidence the job was done right. If you need roofing or remodeling work on the Eastern Shore, call Easternshore Roofing and Remodeling and Matthew Marsh. He is outstanding and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a rare gem here on the Easternshore! He is also a veteran!

Thank you, Monda! We truly appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback. I am glad we were able to help you resolve the attic ventilation imbalance issue by installing soffit vents around your home. Many older homes were not designed for asphalt shingles, so it is important that roofing contractors understand balanced ventilation when doing a roof replacement, especially on beautiful older historic homes like yours. It was truly great to meet you! We cherish the plants we got from you and wish you the best in your relocation journey!
