I called to get a roof repair quote. They sent someone from a completely different company name who uses a van and truck that are not marked with any contractor name or licensing info. This contractor tried to hard sell on making a deposit for work at a significantly higher price than what I ended up paying to a reputable local roofer. There is a different, photography business at this address that does not have this name and there are multiple businesses listed with Martin & Sons roofing and construction using the same images and with similar recent reviews listed in many locations in NJ. If you check the reviews you will see that the same reviewers have left reviews for multiple other roofing and duct cleaning companies and the companies are the same across multiple reviewers so most likely paid or fake AI generated. It appears to me that Martin and sons may just be sending referrals to random contractors or possibly scammers and not actually exist as a business.

Chris was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Our insurance first approved only a small section of shingles for replacement, but Chris explained that this is common and walked us through the brittle test and the steps that helped us qualify for a full roof replacement because the existing shingles were too fragile. The roofing crew handled the whole process, worked efficiently, and delivered solid workmanship with great attention to detail. They made the roof replacement easy to understand, kept communication clear, and left us with a strong, clean new roof. I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone in Teaneck looking for reliable roofing service.

After a major storm years ago, they replaced my roof, and a couple of weeks ago i noticed one shingle did not look right. i called the roofing company, and jonathan came out to inspect it. He found a shingle that had flipped up, secured it back in place, and also checked the rest of the roofing system for any other damage or weak spots. He explained that my roof still looks to have about 10 to 12 more years of life left, which gave me real peace of mind. He did the small roof repair at no charge, and the whole visit was prompt, professional, and very helpful. It is hard to find honest roofer service like this in Teaneck, and i really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. great service, fast response, and a dependable team i would gladly call again.

I hired Martin & Sons Roofing & Construction to repair storm damage to my roof, vents, flashing, exterior trim, and a few other items around the house. After the insurance adjuster inspected the property and provided an estimate, I had Jonathan review the damage and compare everything carefully. He and the crew were professional, thorough, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained each step clearly, and kept me updated throughout the whole roofing and repair process, so I never had to wonder what was happening. I also got a few other contractor estimates, but Jonathan stood out because he was organized, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to the details. He helped handle communication with the insurance company, pointed out items that were missed in the original scope, and made sure nothing important was overlooked. The extra care during the inspection and claim process helped ensure the repairs were properly covered and fully completed. The crew did quality work on the roof system and related exterior repairs, and Jonathan stayed involved to make sure the work was done right and all subcontractors met expectations. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and much less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing repairs and storm damage restoration.

Chris and the roofing crew really helped us out and may have prevented a much bigger problem. We called about a leak in our attic, and they found that one side of the roof had been installed the wrong way, which led to serious water damage. They got a crew out the very next day to handle the roof replacement and repairs, and the whole job moved quickly and smoothly. While working on the roof system and attic area, they also noticed a major blockage in the exhaust vent. Chris and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was fully cleared and working safely again. We were amazed by how thorough, fast, and professional they were from start to finish. Their attention to detail, strong roofing knowledge, and willingness to do extra work when needed made a huge difference. We are extremely grateful and would not trust our roof to anyone else.

i have hired this roofing and exterior team several times before for work projects, and they have been excellent each time. The workmanship has always been strong, the service very professional, and the whole process easy to manage. When i bought my home in Teaneck, i decided to update the roofline drainage, gutters, and some exterior trim, so i called Jonathan. He came out the same day, walked me through the roofing details, explained the materials and installation steps clearly, and sent over a fair quote right away. The crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and stayed friendly and respectful throughout the project. They kept the job site neat and organized from start to finish, which really mattered to me as a homeowner. The quality of the roofing-related work was top notch, and you could tell they paid attention to the flashing, gutters, cleanup, and overall finish. When everything was done, the property was spotless and i could not even find a single nail left behind. I would gladly work with them again for any future roofing or exterior work and highly recommend them to anyone in Teaneck looking for dependable service and great results.

i have used this roofing company for my home and for my mother’s home. axel went out of his way to work around our schedule and really listen to our roofing needs. his advice was solid, and he was patient, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. the care and respect he showed my elderly mother meant a lot to our family and made the whole roofing process feel smooth and stress free. we truly appreciated the extra attention and professional service, and we would gladly recommend them to others. eddie also installed gutter guards for us, and he did a great job.

after seeing my neighbor in teaneck get a new roof, i decided it was time to replace my own, which was over 25 years old and had multiple layers. my gutters were also starting to look worn out. wanting to avoid any leaks, i reached out to the roofing crew who had just finished next door. the whole process was simple and stress-free. they even offered a 12-month no-interest financing option, which made getting the work done much easier for me. for the gutters, i requested an access point to help clear out any possible debris that could clog the underground drains. even though they were installing gutter guards, i liked having this extra feature for peace of mind. the team came up with a custom solution that fit exactly what i needed. besides the new roof and upgraded gutters, they also repaired and replaced some siding on the corners of my house and put a new roof on my shed. jonathan and his crew made sure everything was done to a high standard. i’m really pleased with the results and feel confident that my home is protected for years to come.
