I had very good experience with First Rate Construction. They are very professional and knowledgeable, fixed and repaired my roof. Yes I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

This company is perfectly named. I got first rate service from the moment I reached out. No hard sell, just total pros who knew exactly what I needed but worked with me very diligently on price and quality. It was a complicated job because they had to deal with leaks but also replacing a very old custom designed skylight that no one makes anymore. They spent a ton of time finding someone who could recreate to exact specifications an exact replica. The roof job was done perfectly and I'll never forget Tim saying, "Call us if you have any problems... but we're pretty sure you won't." And I haven't, even though since the work was done we've endured major rain storms and snowfall. So nice to have good quality work from such pros.

Very professional work with excellent results. They started with expert masonry to rebuild one of our chimneys. Then came the roof replacement, tweaking the layout of our existing gutters, and installation of new gutter covers. After all the storms over the past few weeks, we have had no problems and, in fact, the gutters and covers have never worked better. The pricing is fair for both the quality of the materials used and the expert installation. Highly recommended!

Came for an estimate on time and in less than a week, came to do the job, took my chimney that was in poor condition and restored it like new, for a very fair price.

First Rate Roof Service , it’s a family owned business, they are extremely professional, kind and very nice people to work with! They help us to pick the color, material and the work was done quick and very professional! Tony worked with me using different AI styles and picked the best and affordable material! After the work was down, no debris was left and he kept checking how we liked the steps and roof! Thank you Tony and to your people . Wish you only success!
