The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Had a great experience! Kaitlyn is quick at answering any questions regarding products and process. Scott and crew were efficient, timely professional, and accommodating. The quality of workmanship is superior. Scott is a professional and it shows in the finished product. Thank you so much fo a wonderful job!

Marsan Contracting replaced our roof earlier this summer. I held off on writing this review knowing that once we got some weather, that would be the real test. I'm pleased to say that all the problem areas of the roof that had previously …

We were very happy with the job that Scott and his crew did on our main building and bunkie. It was not an easy week weather wise and a power outage didn't help either. The entire process was made easy by Kaitlyn and Scott. During a very unusual year, we were impressed at how quickly Scott came out and was able to get back to us with a quote and has us booked in to do the job a few weeks later. Kaitlyn was great at getting us all the information we needed in a very timely manner. The crew was very courteous and while we are not construction experts, we firmly believe that the job was done very professionally and to high standards. We are confident that our roof will stand the test of time and the high winds and heavier snow falls that we are inclined to get in cottage country. Overall, we are very happy with the new roof and we had the job done at a very competitive price. We give Marsan Contracting an enthusiastic 5 STARS!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Marsan Contracting. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
