The project manager Cesar text and called me, and sent pictures from start to finish. He sent pictures noticing that the shingles ordered did not match what was on the roof, so he took quick action by ordering and picking up the correct shingles keeping the project completion on schedule. True to his word, Cesar kept me informed and went above and beyond every step of the way ensuring that the job met all of my specifications. His team worked quickly and did a high quality job. I am more than pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend Cesar as a project leader for any future projects.

Jonny, representing Mario’s Roofing Siding, provided me with premier customer service. He was kind, courteous, and very professional. My Velux Skylight of 25 years failed and he was here with crew, timely, made the Repair and there was no cleanup on my part Thanks, Mario

I came by to check out their Showroom in Wareham and was greeted by Ty in the office. I was delighted by their siding sample wall and displays and their TVs showcasing their amazing work. I'm glad I stopped in to check out all of their services. I didn't know they do Solar as well! I will be calling soon about that.

My neighbor was getting their roof done, and as I was observing how clean & organized their crew worked, I also noticed and spoke with their media guy, Tai on site a couple of times taking pictures with their drone. He was really friendly to me and my daughter and I was really impressed how professional everyone was.

A family member was having an issue with a water leak on their roof near the chimney. I was referred to Tai, their media guy at Mario's and he was able to come out to take aerial pictures with his drone. He was very timely and professional. Not being able to have access to the roof, the aerial view picture he took really helped to diagnose the issue.
