This company did our roof in 2017 (full new flat roof replacement with permits). They only guarantee their flat roofs for 3 years and it sustained 3 major leaks after only 6 years. Beware - they did a terrible job sealing around vents/edges and now we've had to pay an additional $3k for patch work with a different company.
Reply from the business
Christina can you please give me your address? We’ve been in business for a 102 years and it sure doesn’t sound like something we would do. I just spoke to my husband and he doesn’t recall your name? If you would call our office and or email us with your information we would look into our contracts and get back to you right away. Thank you

My contractor had hired Marin Roofing four years ago when I was remodeling part of the house. The rest of the roof was original from when we purchased our home in 2007. I wanted to install solar panels so I wanted to replace the old section of the roof before moving forward. I had a very pleasant experience. Rick was amazing to work with. I made a couple of changes to the original estimate. Rick was understanding and accommodating. The installers were friendly and did an amazing job picking up after themselves. The new roof looks amazing. I would hire Marin Roofing again.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Marin County Roofing Co., Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
