I regret choosing this roofing contractor. Scheduling was messy, and the team arrived on different days than originally planned. Some concerns I raised were ignored or only partially addressed. The overall service felt rushed and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused you Alim. After your initial assessment, we brought in third-party hail claim specialists to assist with some of the more complex portions of the claims such as the ICC reports. We have recently found out that they had messed up some of the files, issues which were not disclosed to us initially. We have been going back and forth with them trying to resolve this. Once we became aware of the misplaced files, we searched thoroughly for the emails and records, but unfortunately nothing additional came up. We understand how difficult this has been, especially after you invested significant time in the process. We apologize for the breakdown in communication and for leaving you in a tough spot. While we can’t change what happened, we would welcome the opportunity to make this right for you in the future should you ever need roofing services again. We recently got our shingles replaced by Maple Roofing - May 13th 2026. Quote was on time, they showed up when they said they would. Great crew, very professional, friendly, and cleaned the work area when they finished. Highly recommended.

Daniel's team came replace the siding of our chimney with Hardie Board after we discovered the cedar boards had rotted and were falling off the chimney. Daniel's team worked hard without complaining and had a positive attitude. Other siding companies I called either wouldn't return my calls, said the job was too small and complained how much work it would be. Daniel's team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them

🌟 My Exceptional Experience with Maple Roofing Inc. I recently had Maple Roofing Inc. replace my roof in Calgary, and -I couldn’t be more impressed—it was truly a five‑star experience. -They completed the entire roof replacement in just one day. -The crew left my property spotless—no stray nails, no debris. -Daniel provided a detailed quote upfront with no hidden fees. Daniel provided a detailed, transparent quote—with absolutely no hidden fees—and it was significantly lower than all the other estimates I received. Yet the quality of workmanship was top‑notch, just as promised. Daniel and his team coordinated the roof replacement seamlessly. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly, stayed on schedule, and worked efficiently. I appreciated how well-organized everything was—clear updates and no surprises. Beyond being knowledgeable, Daniel and his team were always polite, and respectful, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. Their approachable attitude and clear communication made the whole project stress-free and enjoyable. If you're in Calgary and need roofing services you can rely on, I highly recommend Maple Roofing Inc. They turned a big project into a smooth, confidence-inspiring experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
