Maclauchlan Contracting is my go-to crew for exterior work. They’ve installed siding, asphalt and steel roofing, flashing, and eavestrough on multiple properties for me, and they’re consistently reliable from start to finish. Communication …

Mitch came by on a Friday evening to access an issue I've had for quite a while with water travelling under my soffit that runs along the front of my house. It's an over hang roof that covers my front porch area of a townhouse. With the roof only being 5 years old I wasn't sure what the issue was. Mitch went up on the roof and immediately thought it was caused by what he called 'snow tips' being left on the shingles that were running along the valley. He snipped them off, and checked the rest of my roof. He further explained to me why you need to cut the snow tips off shingles in a valley, and how this issue could cause the water leaking issue that had been happening. Very thorough with explaining everything to me! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mitch again!

Would recommend Maclauchlan Contracting to anyone. We used them for a new roof this month. Mitch was responsive and easy to reach, the price was considerably cheaper than several other quotes we received, and the workmanship was amazing. All of the workers were respectful and professional. The clean-up job they did afterwards was spotless - I didn't find a single nail or shingle left behind. Stellar company to work with.
