  Neighbor I myself had eavestrough installed both were leaking at the front after install called 4 or 5 times to fix over a few month's to come and repair no one ever showed up. Sorry talked to neighbor she said you did show up to attempt to repair bit still leaking and I have for for a month not 2 But you would think that I would not have to attempt to get another company 2 repair. Your answer i thought would have been we will get it fixed properly, not send me invoice from another company and we will reimburse you. Why don't you call me yourself to resolve this issue remember it's not 1 house it was 2 units that are having issues. MATT

  Matt, The job was installed late in the year and the sealant on 2 factory seams did not cure. We came out to fix the issue over the winter to no avail since it has been so cold and wet. You were 100% happy with the installation and when you emailed me this morning saying you would get another company to fix it. I told you that I completely understood and that I would reimburse you for the repairs and to send me the invoice. It was installed on November 19th, and we came out on Dec 11th to try and resolve this. to say you have been calling for months and that we never showed up is completely untrue. As I told you in the email - I completely understand your frustration and that I would pay for the repair from another company. If you want to leave a one star review, that's fine. But at least be honest.

  Worst customer service, after waiting for over two weeks for the quotation I had to contact Justin after sending him an email stating to go ahead, no response, had to chase him down for the start date. The job was scheduled for today at 9:00, received a call yesterday stating that the installer had a previous commitment (no problem) but he would be on site for around 11:00, waited around all day, no contractor, no phone call, nothing. I would hate to experience what it would take to have warranty work carried out. Extremely disappointed. If I could it would be zero stars if it would allow me

  Steve, Sorry for the delay on the quote and start date, this is our busy time of year. The job was to parge and cap a chimney. I outsource the parging and my chimney guy told me he could cap it as well ... He contacted me and said he would be late ..I notified you immediately. I assumed the job was done that day since I didn't hear anything from you or him. The next morning when you contacted me saying nobody showed up I was mortified and told you I would have a guy there in an hour. You declined. I did my best to rectify the situation and I won't be using the chimney services anymore myself. Thanks for your feedback.

  We had a great experience with Jsquared Roofing . The crew did a great job, and Justin, the owner, was always responsive and easy to deal with. Whenever an issue or concern came up, Justin addressed it right away and made sure it was rectified. We really appreciated how he stood behind the company’s work and made sure we were happy with the final result.

  My fiancée and I were preparing our house to be sold and I had originally hired J Squared to replace a piece of soffit and facia that blew off in a wind storm last year. When Andrew, their inspector/quote provider, finished examining our issues, he called me up as he had concerns over the general state of our roof. He brought me up to take a look and showed be a few places where the ply wood was sagging due to moisture getting in through areas where the roofing nails were starting to lift up. I knew the roof needed to be replaced after seeing that, but we were going to be listing our house in 2 weeks. I asked out of desperation if they could replaced it before we listed, and he had a quote done up within the hour and told me he'll put a rush on it to have it complete within the week. I was floored that they would accommodate us like that. They then sent me a package showing me all the shingle options we could choose from as well as the details for the 50 year warranty that comes with them. Fast forward a week later. Tristan, the crew supervisor, and his guys show up and let us know they're about to start the work. They finished the entire roof with a nice charcoal colored shingle in a day and half and their work was stellar! I was very impressed by their professionalism and efficiency! Also, as a side note, I was impressed by how personable they all were. Roofers generally aren't known for their radiant charisma, but these guys had great attitudes and friendly dispositions. They seemed like they genuinely enjoyed working with each other. I can't recommend J Squared Roofing enough to anyone needing any work done on their roof. I'm also extremely grateful that they were able squeeze us in on short noticed in preparation for listing our house! - Mason

  We moved into a century home that only had eavestroughs around half of the roof. J Squared did a great job with the installations and was even able to track down the non-standard 6 inch materials we requested. Years later when we experienced a fluke issue in the winter they showed up promptly to assist. We recommend J Squared and we are seeing more and more homes in our neighborhood using their services.
