  Incredibly unpredictable and unreliable. Half the time, they don't show up for work and they constantly postpone the project finish date...really frustrating to work with them from our experience.

  Extremely Disappointed with Mack Kirk Roofing – Unjustified Charges for Minimal Service On June 23rd, while Mack Kirk Roofing was conducting repairs at our strata in Richmond BC, we approached their on-site crew to briefly inspect mold issues in our bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The workers entered our unit and spent approximately five minutes looking at the affected areas. They suggested the mold might be due to roof leakage and mentioned they would need to conduct further checks and provide a report. To our surprise, we received an invoice for nearly $500 shortly afterward. The invoice contained only a two-sentence note, with no formal report or detailed findings, and its content contradicted what the workers told us in person. It’s important to note that this quick inspection happened while their team was already on-site for other work — they did not make a special trip from their Langley office for our request. We contacted their office to respectfully dispute the excessive charge. After waiting nearly two weeks, their response was dismissive, claiming the charge was a “favor” — without addressing any of our specific concerns. We’re sharing this experience to warn others about what we believe is an unfair and misleading billing practice. If this can happen over a five-minute informal visit, we worry how many others might have faced similar situations over the years. We strongly urge homeowners and property managers in the Greater Vancouver Area to exercise caution and consider other options before hiring Mack Kirk Roofing.

  I called Mack Kirk to come and check out a leak in my roof. They came out the following day and provided me with a quote to fix it. They made the repair at a reasonable price and got it done quickly! I will be calling them back when its time to replace the whole roof! Thanks Mack Kirk!!

  It took awhile to get here, but outta all the roofing companies I’ve had come out to inspect the roof this guy was the most knowledgeable very impressed as a consultant working as a contractor absolutely brilliant

  We own a heritage house built in 1911. The roof is very complicated, 4 stories high with angles and an eyebrow window. They carefully removed 3 rooves from 100 years ago and did an excellent job installing the new shingles. It was done in 2005 and only now do we have a few leaks around the chimneys. They have responded positively and will send someone to do the maintenance.
