june 2023 I got Great West to replace my roof. in June 2026, I found a large crack on my ceiling due a leak from the roof. a roof inspector reported that the leak was caused by sub standard workmanship by not sealing the roof properly. Great West denied responsibility and blamed the humidity of the roof but I have been living with the old roof for 22 years and never a problem with humidity. now I have a new roof, a leak so bad the the gyproc on the ceiling crumbled down.

Excellent Work & Great Value The work was completed perfectly as requested, including the gutter & fascia board replacement. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results.

Called a long list of roofing companies and Great West was the only one that provided a quote right away, was able to grab supplies and performed the emergency repair on the same day. SO IMPRESSED with their efficiency, reasonable quote and clear communication. Will come back for their services for sure.

I had such a fantastic experience with Great West Roofing! From the moment I called, Sherwin was incredibly friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He came out to handle the repair himself and was clearly very knowledgeable—he took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and explained everything. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely cares about making sure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. The repair was done quickly, efficiently and with great attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Great West Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, honest and top-quality service. Thank you again, Sherwin!

I have been around the sun a few times and dealt with a multitude of calamities in my life. When a house inspection was done for the sale of my house and it was discovered various leaks around vents and loose tiles, fixing these problems was a deal breaker. Of course timing was everything like 24 hours to find a remedy. I called several roofing companies on a Saturday and Great West was the only roofing company to answer in person the call and make an appointment to come out. They followed up by provided me an estimate and stated they would get the material that day and do the work on Sunday. That seemed impossible, but they followed through. From the office staff to the guys on the roof everything was handled professionally. I sensed true caring and kindness as well empathy for my situation. I can not thank you all enough for what you did, you work so hard I wished I could repay your kindness. My house sale hinged on getting the roof issues fixed and you did it and delivered. The sale is now complete , with your help and support, I have gratitude for companies like yours and appreciate the way you operate. I recommend you over those other companies who have still not called me back or taken the time to even care.
