We proud on our work and customer satisfaction/buying it's something we put time into neither spend any resources. Sorry to say but your aren't a real customer, rather a desperate competitor that can find a better way to spend their valuable time and effort to make false comments. Long Island Construction Plus Inc. Doesn't recure to low standards.

Had an appointment for estimate Friday took off work because was told they don't do estimates on weekend. I called that morning to confirm and supervisor said he forgot and would be over late. 5 minutes later calls back says owner will come. Time comes 2 workers come to eyeball the job. Owner or supervisor never called back to follow-up.

I am reading this review and I am confused because we do estimates on the weekends always have...Also we sent one of our top installers that has been with us for over 7 years not a "worker" around 5:30 and you already came on here and wrote a bad review by 7:30 same day. Respectfully you did not even give us a chance to send you over a proper estimate because within 2 hours you already came on here giving us a bad review...little unfair if you ask me, but I feel our company did come out to give you an estimate regardless of how you obviously were feeling way before we got there and did not have the chance to give you a proper estimate. We are sorry for the way you feel and hope you find the right company for the work you want done.

Absolutely great service! Quick to respond, easy to deal with. Contrary to other roofing companies, that send an 'expert' that keeps you for hours explaining which way they are better than other companies and why you absolutely must rip all the roof. Herman from Long Island Construction Plus is accommodating, does not try to talk you into doing things that are not necessary, but provides all important facts. The team came early in there morning. There were 5 or 6 of them so on the first day the old roof was gone, 10 sheets of plywood were replaced, deck protective sheet was covering the whole roof and part of the shingles were already in place. On the afternoon of next day the work was done and everything was cleaned. The even replaced the old attic fan that was broken. They have used top line GAF shingles along with GAF methodology. We are very happy with the work they did. All members of team were very nice people to interact with. We love our new roof and absolutely recommend this company.

Herman and his crew are amazing. We needed our roof inspected and some repairs to the shingles from normal wear-and-tear. Herman went above and beyond repairing the masonry on the chimney (including replacing the chimney cap), cleaning & repairing the gutters, and repairing and replacing all problematic shingles. His team was fast, clean, and professional! Herman joined them at the start of the job and stopped in throughout the day. We felt very well taken care of and were so grateful for Herman's kindness and attentiveness throughout the project. Herman actually originally installed the roof on our house for the previous owners nearly 20 years ago and it still looks incredible. We needed some simple repairs to appease the insurance company, and we were so happy to have the original roofer there to assist us. We will absolutely use Herman and his team again in the future!

Santos and his crew redid our bathroom in 2 days. Was absolutely a pleasure to have in our house. Very clean and thorough. Going to use him again since I have so many honey do projects lol fixed our skylight as well. Instead of just saying it needs replacing he was able to diagnose a simple yet effective solution that didn’t require replacement.

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our home. Santos took what was an old, dated house and turned it into one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and took the time to guide us through countless ideas and options. His expertise, creativity, and attention to detail made the entire process feel manageable, and his recommendations were always practical and actionable. One of the things that stood out most was how exceptionally responsive he and his team were throughout the entire project. That level of communication and follow-through is unfortunately not always common in the contracting industry, and it made a tremendous difference in our experience. His team was professional, reliable, skilled, and respectful of our home throughout the project. The work was completed on time, and the quality was exceptional. The best part has been the reaction from our neighbors. People have literally stopped us in front of our house to tell us how amazing the transformation looks. That really says it all and the pictures really bring the extent of the transformation to life. This was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re considering a renovation or exterior transformation, I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had the roof replaced on my house, garage and shed. They did a beautiful job and excellent clean up. Herman was very responsive to questions, calls and texts. He and his crew were polite and professional. He took pictures and videos to show me while they were removing the old roof of areas that needed further attention and recommended I replace the sheathing. He discussed the possibility of needing the sheathing replaced when he came for the estimate. I am very fussy and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
