  Rainwater was finding its way inside right where our roof dormer meets the main roof line. Empire Gen identified worn-out step flashing as the culprit. Their crew removed the old metal, installed new custom-bent flashing, and sealed the joint tight. We’ve had two heavy rainstorms since and everything remains completely dry.

  We noticed water damage on our bedroom ceiling after a heavy storm and gave Empire Gen a call. They had a technician at our house within 48 hours to assess the damage. They removed the rotted decking wood, laid down fresh underlayment, and replaced the damaged shingles seamlessly. The crew was extremely respectful of our property throughout the process.
