  Bad customer service. Decided to go with another company soley because of the bad attitude I received when I tried to call and clarify what my insurance company was requesting. Im not spending 15k with someone that dont know how to talk to me

  Will not be using them again or recommending them to any of my friends or customers. Owner is rude and to put it nicely,needs anger management. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business!

  I would like to be able to provide a review for the quality of the job that he did, but I can't due to him not returning calls of texts. He came promptly to give an estimate and said that he would get me scheduled the following Monday. In the process of inspecting my roof, he damaged the gutters with the ladder. I wasn't too concerned as he said he would take care of that when coming back to make the repairs. I didn't hear from him, so I called him later that week. He said that he forgot to schedule me, but was going to do it at the moment. I texted him the next week, just to make sure he got me scheduled. He told me that he would be by the next day to make my repair. He never showed. I texted him a week later, but he never responded.

  Bobby was honest and fair in his estimate. Cody Cameron was professional as could be regarding the temporary fix of existing leaks.

  Very professional, courteous, and affordable. Dillion came out and was awesome from the start. Great communication and very informative. Great company and Dillion was a great representative of Loggins Roofing! 10 stars!!

  Recently Safeco insurance decided to cancel my homeowners policy because a drone picture of my roof showed that there was detritus on my roof. I called loggings roofers to come and inspect the supposed problem. They came asap, went up took pictures and found no fault in the roof they had installed a decade ago. Not only did they check the roof…take pictures for me ,but also offer to call my insurance company to assure them that the roof was sound. They refused to charge me for this service which was also a kindness. The upshot of this was I realized my insurance company is not for me while I’d gladly recommend Loggins roofing to anyone in need of a company with a conscience which provides a roof that doesn’t quit. Thank you.

  Thank God for Loggins Roofing! We have used Loggins Roofing several times over the past few years. Seven years ago we had damage to our homes roof with a horrible leak. Being new to the area, we had no clue which company to use. We called several roofers during a 2 month span. After adjusting my work schedule multiple times, and being stood up by other roofers including the one that lives a few streets over in Cross Hill, someone FINALLY recommended Loggins. Not only did they show up for the appointment, we had a quote that day. The sweet lady in the office had us on the schedule quickly. This was a huge relief since we had an unsightly bucket irritating us everytime we walked in the house! Since that time we have used Loggins to replace the roofs on multiple structures on our property. They always show up and complete the job correctly! Loggins Roofing is truly a wonderful company to work with, everyone in the company treats their customers with respect and as a priority!

  Very pleased with the whole process. Was provided an estimate, and repairs were scheduled and completed the next day! Will and Tino did a great job on the repairs, and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Loggins Roofing!

  Extremely satisfied with Loggins roofing. Their communication was great throughout the process and their crews did a solid job on my full replacement as well as a bang up job on cleanup. Highly recommend if you’re in their service area.

  Loggins Roofing did a good job on our home in Greenwood. Their crew showed up promptly and efficiently had the complete roof replacement done in half a day with a double crew working the job. They left our yard clean and without debris. I recommend Loggins for roofing services.
