Lockes.... Im sorry about my frustration please except my apology. HORRIBLE....DIDNT SHOW UP...NO COURTESY CALL TO SAY THEY WOULD SHOW UP LATE.......TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY STAYING HOME WAITING ON THEM WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN WORKING...... better off hiring a different contractor who will actually show up and do the job in a timely manner. So many businesses out there too with if you cancel you pay a cancelation fee.....yet they dont have to pay me for my time wasted. So upset

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the missed appointment. We completely understand your frustration. While it is not an excuse for the inconvenience caused, our estimator was delayed at a complex project that required more attention than anticipated. Because that site was in a location with no cellular service, he was unfortunately unable to call out to update you on his status. Please know that this lack of communication is absolutely not the standard practice for Locke’s Roofing and Construction. We are currently reviewing our protocols for 'no-service' areas to ensure this doesn't happen to another client.

Not professional at all. Continually promises to come and give a free estimate and never shows up, never calls. Been waiting for five weeks, time to contact a real business.

  Never showed up.

I am sorry we had forgotten your estimate. We had shut the business down this week due to a death in the family . But best of luck to you with your future projects.

You owe me money. I did not give you permission to use photos of my garage that you didn't come close to finishing, yet took my money and cost me even more, because I had to hire another company to fix your mess of a job.

I highly recommend Locke’s Roofing & Construction for your roofing projects. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. I received a quick quote, roofing materials arrived at my home the next day and their team was on my roof the following day on a Saturday. They completed both my house and garage on a single day which was impressive! The crew took care of my property. They had someone on the ground throughout the job cleaning up roofing debris and they even took the time to protect my new deck. Everyone was respectful and hardworking. The warranty is incredible. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that does quality work, treats your home with care, I highly recommend Locke’s Roofing & Construction.

I highly recommend Locke's Roofing and Construction! I have never had such a great experience with a contractor before. When I bought my house, I was in a time crunch to get my roof done, for insurance purposes and what not. Jeremy fit me in so quickly and the price was very fair! He was prompt and he makes you feel like family, like a good buddy coming over to help a friend out. The warranty he provides is top notch and the work is so good that I have not even had to use it. I had thought I lost a few shingles one day and he popped over to check it out, turned out it was someone else's shingles that blew into my yard, not mine. He was over the same day to check it out however. I live right next to the ocean and we get pretty high winds and his work has lasted the last 6 years. We never lost a single shingle even after hurricane Fiona, the worst hurricane to hit the Atlantic region, in my life time. He is so easy to deal with, his crew was a pleasure to be around. You can tell the guy really cares about the work he does and the people he does it for. I would never use another company. I have been working on a project for my shed recently, was going to try it myself but ran into some problems, called him up and within days problem was solved and shed was fixed. Pocket book still intact lol. In an economy where you really have to pick and choose what to spend money on, I'm confident that you will be happy to use it on Locke's Roofing and Construction. You will be satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him, I highly highly recommend.

The only roofing company I'll ever call again — and I mean that. After a brutal storm tore through and left us with a major leak, we were in full panic mode. Locke's Roofing & Construction showed up the very next morning, assessed the damage thoroughly, and gave us a quote that was honest, detailed, and fair — no upselling, no scare tactics, no mystery fees. Just straight talk from people who clearly know their craft. The crew was on time, professional, and spotlessly clean — I kept checking the yard expecting a mess and there was nothing. They walked me through every step of the repair, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and finished the job ahead of schedule. The workmanship is outstanding — you can genuinely see the difference in quality compared to the patchwork my previous contractor left behind. What really set Locke's apart was the follow-up call a week later just to make sure everything was holding up. That kind of after-care is rare. These are people who take pride in their work and stand behind it completely. If you're on the fence — don't be. Call them now. Your roof will thank you.
