Local Roofs was excellent in every way. Met with Blake who used a drone to show us close-ups of our roof as well as other roofs nearby to compare and discuss what was needed. The roofers arrived prior to a significant rainstorm and had extra guys to get the job done, and had plastic “just in case” which is not needed. The new roof looks Beautiful and is far more quiet in heavy rain. The warranty is excellent as well. Thank you Local Roofs.

Great experience with LocalRoofs! From the very beginning, Greg was incredibly helpful — he answered every question I had, including ones related to insurance and financing, and even helped me find the best financing option for my situation. He also managed to coordinate a tight schedule on both ends, and the project was completed exactly on time as planned. Samuel and his crew were outstanding. They showed up early every morning, worked late to stay on schedule, and handled every small request I made during the process with great care and professionalism. Everyone who came out to work was polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. A big thank-you as well to Lorraine, who coordinated everything behind the scenes and always responded quickly to any questions or updates I needed. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend LocalRoofs to anyone looking for a professional and reliable roofing company.

We had Greg and his team come out to redo a patio roof that was done poorly by another roofer. Greg was informative, helped us and thoroughly transformed our patio roof. The previous company was a disaster. His crew was clean meticulous and I highly recommend this local roofing company for small and large projects! This is the second time we’ve had Local Roofs out to our home and we could not be more pleased! They have earned our trust and continued business!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 396 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
