Didn’t show up when he said he would. Told me his appointments person tried calling and sending me a message. No call, no message. Easy enough to check. Nope. He had my phone number in his phone from when I called and spoke to him.

Good evening, Theresa Jannigs, I apologize for the inconvenience with our schedule. We had planned to visit today but, unfortunately, we couldn’t make it. However, we can be there tomorrow afternoon if that works for you. Please let me know if this adjustment fits your schedule. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Gabriel Bugarin

I needed some maintenance work down on my roof. Bugarin Roofing did a ln excellent job. No extras, no hidden charges They were on time and left zero mess. The went the extra mile by painting the vent pipes. I would highly recommend them!

Gabriel not only gave a price less than his competitors. He gave several suggestions that made for a better result and always went the extra mile. This was from the first encounter giving the estimate up to the end of the project. Daisy, …

After completing our roofing project, we can honestly say that choosing Bugarin Roofing was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. Replacing a roof is a major investment, and we were honestly hesitant at first because of the size and cost of the project. Looking back, our only regret is that we didn't do it years sooner. From beginning to end, Gabriel Bugarin and his team provided outstanding customer service, exceptional craftsmanship, and incredible attention to detail. Every step of the process was professional, organized, and transparent. Gabriel personally returned on the final day to make sure every detail was completed to his standards, which speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. We also want to recognize Daisy who was absolutely wonderful throughout the project. Daisy took the time to answer our many questions, provided thoughtful recommendations without ever pressuring us, and made us feel confident throughout the entire project. Daisy was friendly, responsive, organized, and always kept us informed. Her excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Our project included a complete reroof with tile, fire-rated underlayment, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed, brand-new fascia boards painted, new gutters with downspouts, and new roof ventilation vents. The workmanship is outstanding. The roof tiles were installed perfectly, the finish work is beautiful, and every member of the crew treated our property with respect. What impressed us most was that Bugarin Roofing never cut corners. Their recommendations were always based on what was best for the home rather than simply selling upgrades. The communication, follow-up, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. When the project was completed, our home looked completely transformed. The finished roof is elegant, understated, and looks like it has always belonged on the house. The quality of the

Our expectations were succeeded! Replacement of our cedar shake roof within the parameters of the San Diego Historic Review Board was stellar. Very, very pleased with the result.

I cannot recommend Bugarin roofing enough. Gabriel and his crew did an excellent job. We received multiple quotes for our underlayment and retiling, Gabriel’s was not only the best price, but the most comprehensive and detailed of all. They did a great job and were very communicative through the entire process.

I had researched a lot of different roofers. I must have had four or five quotes from different roofers and they were either high-pressure sales, and wanting me to signing the contract before I had a chance to read it. Others were calling …

Woke up to a roof leak on New Year’s Day and these guys came through. They showed up, fixed the issue, and did solid, professional work. Highly recommended.

We had a leak where our skylight was and the owner came right away to address the issue. His team did an amazing job in repairing our roof and adding a new flashing on the skylight. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.
