  Lindy backed out of our job at the last minute, delaying it by over a month as we worked to find a new roofer. Their reason? "We have other work." Not sure that will be the case if they keep abandoning customers. I strongly suggest you find a professional roofer who stands behind his committments.

  They put literal holes in our roof and tiles and boards were flying into our neighbors' backyards.

  I’ve updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars on Google. The owner reached out personally, apologized, and agreed to make things right. While not everything has been completed yet, we decided to step back, give them another chance, and allow them the opportunity to fix the remaining issues. At this point, I’m simply tired of this whole situation, and I’m glad we’ve finally moved from conflict to finding solutions. I’m hopeful they’ll finish the remaining work, especially fixing the window, soon. I also wanted to update my review to support the business owner, Jim. As a business owner himself, I can imagine how difficult it is to protect your team, remain respectful, and still take responsibility when things go wrong. But in my opinion, that’s the only way a business can earn back trust and continue to succeed—especially in California. I genuinely hope they follow through and finish the job as promised. As my husband said - now we can trust them . Owner - true leader.

  Safety, professionalism, and customer care are our highest priorities. To clarify the situation on-site, the residence was not occupied during this phase of renovation, and several other trade teams—including exterior painters and deck contractors—were actively performing work on the property alongside our crew. We take full accountability when issues arise on a job site. When the nursery window was damaged, Lindy Roofing hired a licensed window company to handle the repair, and we also made the appropriate adjustments for the wood replaced due to dry rot damage. The statements made regarding communication between the Owner of Lindy Roofing and our sales representative with yourself and Mr. Svetlichniy are a misinterpretation. We address all concerns regarding site conduct or safety with urgency, and our team strives to treat every client interaction with respect. Given the current situation surrounding the unpaid balance owed to Lindy Roofing Co. per our contract, Lindy Roofing has made every effort to resolve your concerns. — Management, Lindy Roofing Co Inc.

  I believe it’s only fair to update my review when circumstances change. After our previous disagreements, the owner of Lindy Roofing personally reached out to me again .He put his pride aside, apologized for how our conversations had gone, and expressed a genuine willingness to resolve the outstanding issues. That deserves to be acknowledged. Running a business is not easy, especially one that has been serving customers for decades. I manage operations for a service company myself, so I understand that even experienced professionals can face difficult situations and make mistakes. What ultimately defines a company is not whether problems occur, but whether its leadership is willing to take responsibility and work toward a solution. During our previous conversations, we reached a point where, as we say in my native language, “the scythe struck a stone.” In other words, both sides became stubborn, emotions took over, and productive communication stopped. Looking back, I think we both could have handled parts of those conversations better. The important part is what happened next. The owner chose to reach out, listen, apologize, and work toward making things right. That willingness from the CEO speaks volumes and deserves recognition. We still have a few items to complete, but I am optimistic that we will resolve them professionally and fairly. I respect the owner for making the first step, and I appreciate the effort to restore trust after a very difficult experience. Because of that, I am updating my review. I believe businesses should be judged not only by the problems they encounter but also by how they respond when those problems are brought to their attention. I sincerely hope we finish the remaining work successfully, close this chapter on good terms, and wish Lindy Roofing and its team continued success moving forward. Im removing unnecessary pictures as the issues adressed and will be adressed more . I trust this gentleman . His name is Jim.

  It has been 15 years since Lindy replaced our roof. My roof still looks new! The install was completed with in 2 days. Thank you, Lindy roofing!

  For the past few years, every time it rained hard and the wind blew a certain direction, our skylight would leak. Each winter, I would have Lindy come out and patch it while we saved for a roof. They were always professional and so helpful! …

  Lindy Roofing Co. is definitely a customer oriented business. They resolved my issue immediately and they warranty their work. Their prices are very competitive and their staff is top notch in providing service to their customers. Great job and I am a big fan.

  After talking to a couple of roofing contractors, we decided to go with Lindy Roofing Co. The person who was in charge of our project was Ron. He is very easy to communicate, responsible, honest, reliable and diligent. In addition, they have really responsive people working in the office too. I always got every question answered immediately when I need to reach out to Wendy or Lizzie! Most of all, the crew is wonderful! They worked really hard, came early every morning, and always made sure the front and back yard cleaned up very well before they left for the day. We are so happy with the new roof and got lots of compliments from our neighbors! Great team work, everyone!

  Lindy just replaced our roof. The crew was friendly, considerate and hard working. They did an outstanding job and we couldn’t be more pleased. We got 3 bids and they by far were the most reasonable. Highly recommend!!

  Lindy Roofing is hands down the best Roofing company. Clayton, Jim, and Wendy thank you for exceeding my family's expectations with our new roof, gutters, downspouts, and standing seam metal gable roof. The entire Team at Lindy Roofing was wonderful and professional, from tear-off to installation. I have recommended Lindy to 3 of my neighbors, who all had a terrific experience with you.
