My experience with this roofing contractor was disappointing. The project didn’t start on time, and there were frequent delays. When the crew arrived, they seemed unorganized and rushed through the work. The final result doesn’t look …

Terrible customer service and owner barely speaks English stay far away from this company!!!

This review is not genuine. There is no record of a customer under this name. Unfortunately, we have encountered similar fake reviews from individuals who offer to remove them in exchange for payment — something we have always declined. We want to make it clear that this is a false and discriminatory review. I do speak both English and Spanish, and I am proud of that.

I've known Arturo from Gravity Shield Roofing for several years now. He did a great job on my roof, so I've recommended him for my mom's roof, and my neighbor's roof. He does a great job of thoroughly explaining everything, any issues, differences between shingles and possible heat differences, warranties, and the benefits of using vented ridge caps. Arturo has always been honest and upfront with any costs that may occur during the project so there are never any surprises. He is always a pleasure to work with.

Recently had a roof replaced by Arturo and employees. He has excellent communication to keep you informed, excellent quality of work, meets schedule and checked the work done by the solar Installers after panels replaced. I cannot recommend enough. I wish all contractors were like this.

Arturo owner of Gravity Shield Roofing Company and his crew did a fine job on our home in the hills. His company is busy so it took some time before he got to us. Waited a bit for rain to start falling before I could reply ….. we have a number of skylights that I had to have waterproofed and so far so good. Arturo stayed in touch with me so I would understand when he could get to our house. Contact is important to me as I feel will be important to you! Will report back after our rain storm.

I got my new roof a few weeks ago by Gravity Shield Roofing company (referred by neighbors)and I am extremely pleased with the result . Arturo, the owner is professional, honest and informative. His estimate is thorough and fair. He provided guidance/ expertise so that I could make my own decision. No hard sell. The roof also needed additional repairs and his costs are fair. Arturo kept me informed in every steps of the project, well organized, kept my property cleaned and finished on time. I will definitely recommend Gravity Shield Roofing to my family members and friends.

Our contractor recommended Arturo and his team for roofing and we were very impressed from start to finish. Arturo was very informative in helping us understand the process and make decisions about various materials like shingles, gutters, etc. We were first timers for dealing with a roof so his guidance was invaluable. The finished roof looks great and was completed in a timely manner. The site was left clean and of course they were always respectful of the property. Anytime we had a question, Arturo was very prompt in his response. We would not hesitate to recommend Gravity Shield Roofing based on our experience!
