I highly recommend Cesar for roofing and ventilation work. Cesar arrived exactly on time as promised, inspected the problem carefully, explained everything clearly, and completed the work professionally. He installed a new solar-powered attic ventilation fan/roof vent, replaced three bathroom roof vent caps with proper bathroom exhaust caps and backdraft dampers, and sealed gaps around the roof penetrations that had been overlooked by previous installers. What impressed me most was his honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to identify the actual cause of the problem and offered practical solutions without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Since the installation of the solar-powered attic vent, I have already noticed a significant improvement in indoor comfort. The second floor is noticeably cooler, temperature differences between floors have decreased, and my AC system is cycling less frequently and operating more efficiently. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the work was completed exactly as agreed. I would definitely hire Cesar again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing and ventilation contractor.

I had an urgent issue with my roof lifting, and this company exceeded my expectations. I reached out yesterday, and the response was immediate—even on WhatsApp. They scheduled a visit between 10:30 and 11:00, and this morning they even offered to come earlier at 10:20—right on time! The technician was friendly, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, checked everything thoroughly, and gave me transparent advice. It’s rare to find such honest, punctual service. Highly recommend them! On top of everything, the price was incredibly fair—well below what I would expect for such quality work. Truly a company that deserves more business!

Cesar did a good job on my roof. I have a walk-out basement so my roof is a lot higher than other property and my roof that needs to be fixed is at the highest point and he has no problem with fixing it by himself. Definitely will find him again if I need any roof services in the future
