  Unreliable. They gave us a quote, took a deposit, postponed it several times until telling us the following year that they would not be doing the contract.

Rather than rushing to find a replacement, which could have compromised the quality of the work and the warranty we are proud to offer our clients, we made the difficult decision to return your deposit and inform you that we could not complete the job. We understand how disappointing this was and regret the delays you experienced. Please know that this decision was made to uphold our standards and ensure we only deliver work we can support and guarantee. While we were unable to assist you with this project, we hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future under different circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
