The critical reviews

They took the 12000$ deposit, never returned. They sent a team of three people with no competency cards, a seemingly homeless person, a woman and the woman 's overs 70 years old Dad who used toilet three times within 2 hours. They didn't remove the gravels, put the TPO membranes directly on the gravels. When we noticed the gravels were not removed, they cover the roof drain hole with a piece of wood, which made the drain system blocked with tons of gravels. The basement was innovated with sewage dirty water. The man nailed the TPO on the top side of the roof with gravels underneath. The building was leaking immediately after their work. They were not able to provide original invoices of the materials pretending that they spent all our deposit.

Installed new roof, started leaking in few locations with first rain. They tried patching with no success and disappeared.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on HomeWise Toitures & Rénovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
