The only one or two-star review we hold for Les Entreprises Rénovem Inc..

Roof redone in 2019 This year, in April 2022, the tenant informed me that there was a water source circulating in the ceilings (2) of the double living room. There were only yellowish rings, nothing more, but for the past few weeks, both ceilings have been damaged and are threatening to collapse. I then contacted Rénomen repeatedly, leaving messages before being called back. Last week, Patrick finally noticed the problem and confirmed that he was taking care of it. Still no news despite messages left for Nathalie and/or voicemail. This leaves me perplexed as to the quality of after-sales service, which is nonexistent. Hello Ms. Sylvain, We are sorry to hear that you experienced problems with your residence in 2022. As you mentioned, Ms. Sylvain, we reviewed our work and confirmed with you that the problem did not originate from our roofing services, as your roof is 100% covered by our warranty. We would have taken the necessary steps had it been the case, as has happened before, and we have always taken responsibility. You had other renovation issues at your residence unrelated to Les Entreprises Rénovem Inc. Sincerely, Les Entreprises Rénovem Inc. P.S.: For any other information related to your new roof, please call us or send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours. Thank you again!

We had our commercial roof done in Brossard. They are very competent and experienced. They completely replaced our flat elastomeric roof. From start to finish, we received sound advice and they answered all our questions. They even came back afterward to show us pictures of the project and explain what they had done. Everything was very clear. Thank you! We highly recommend them.

My roof was redone in 2016. During renovations, we suspected a problem with the roof. It was still under warranty, so I called them. Within two weeks, they came twice and found and repaired the problem (a defect with the shingle supplier), guaranteeing a follow-up visit in the spring. I am very impressed with the quality and speed of the service! The warranty and service undoubtedly lead me to recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done.
