Completely unprofessional! No return calls, doesn't answer calls, claims to have sent emails when it's not true! Utter nonsense.

The installers damaged the soffit of the house during the work. The contractor promised to come and do the repairs, but after five months of waiting, nothing has been done and there's been complete radio silence. Seriously, what a bunch of incompetents.

These are a bunch of unprofessional kids. They did a roof for a neighbor one house away from mine. From the roof, they threw their stuffs down on my front lawn. In doing so, they broke my japanese maple tree. I tried to have them find and replant the tree for me. They gave me so much hassle.

Superb service from the team!! They did my shingle roof 5 years ago and it still looks great! I'm going to use them again for the flat roof on my garage! An excellent team to consider!

Maxime is very friendly and always available to answer our questions. He works with his employees, a great team, and they do a great job. I had to drastically change my project because what had been agreed upon for the roof changed when we removed the first layer of Playwood. After a discussion with Maxime, we found the best course of action, and immediately after our discussion, Maxime called his suppliers to have all the Playwood delivered and someone come to do all the urethane insulation. This wasn't planned, and everything was coordinated with the work without any delay. In short, I am very satisfied with everything and I highly recommend ML Pro Toitures. Mine was a white elastomeric roof.

I contacted Maxime for a roof inspection after receiving an inspection report. He immediately asked me for photos of the roof before coming to my property. Maxime was extremely honest in telling me that an on-site visit wasn't necessary. He gave me very relevant advice without trying to charge me unnecessarily. He is a trustworthy person, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him for any future work on my roof.
