I hate to leave a review like this but wanted to share a warning for others. There are many trustworthy roofing companies in the Atlanta area. Backstory: the prior homeowner of our home used this company to get the roof above the porch of the house done. A year or so after, when we purchased the house, we had Lee come out and take a look at the work. It looked like it had been installed incorrectly when going through inspection but I trusted them to come take a second look at their work. That was a huge mistake. Instead of owning up to any errors, Lee over and over told me that everything was fine. I'm so disappointed in myself for believing him. Now, a few years later, we have an extreme situation of rotten wood. Other roofing companies have shown us that it was, in fact, installed completely wrong. We are having to completely tear down and restart. Its a miracle we caught it before it caved in on us - that's where we are at Its disappointing that in an effort to cover for themselves on what could've been a relatively quick fix, they chose to lie to us and now we are looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. Perhaps they weren't being dishonest and simply didn't know any better. I'm not sure what is worse.. Take this with a grain of salt but just my warning to those looking at using this business

Horrible job done on roof, robbed me of my insurance money from hurricane. Air conditioning and repair, not even a real roofing company. Workers are what ever home depot has in parking lot that monring.

Recent heavy rains resulted in a major leak in the sunroom. Nick Novack of LB Roofing came this morning to inspect the roof and gutters around the leak area. He was on time and courteous. After inspection, he identified a primary issue and made a repair on the spot. He cautioned that there may be a secondary contributing factor since the roof is old, but advised to see whether the first repair solved the leak. I was impressed that LB elected to make an inexpensive repair first rather than broaden the repair estimate for work that may prove to be unnecessary. It is nice to find a company with a high level of expertise and integrity

LB roofing crew and managers were knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. They went out of their way to maintain the job site and cleaned thoroughly upon completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Great job!

We needed a roof repair that LB Roofing originally installed in 2015. They gave us a fair quote for replacing the back porch roof and replacing some weathered shingles. In and out in one day with good clean-up. Nick, the project manager, and his workers were professional in all their dealings with us.

Nick and Lee were great to work with. We had a leak on our roof due to bad caulk and they were able to repair it the same day. They also repaired our current roof by replacing shingles, nails, and caulk later in the week.

Lee and Nick were very quick to service a leak in my roof - even in the midst of rainstorms in Atlanta when I’m sure demand was high. They gave me a thorough diagnostic of my roof’s condition, other, shoddy, work previous contractors had done and how to fix it, and gave me a plan to get everything in good order. LB roofing comes is highly recommended in my book!

This is the third time we've hired LB Roofing and Construction. As always, great experience with them. Nick and his team worked very hard for long hours to replace my 21-year old 6,000+ square feet roof, while following Georgia codes, install double underlayment for required section, ice and water shields, and ridge vent. 3 chimneys were flashed by both step and counter. Nick provided me detailed estimate with all materials and communicated every work detail with me. Highly recommended!

Excellent! I have recommended LB Roofing for clients (as a Real Estate agent) friends and so when I needed a new roof, I knew who to call. Nick was very communicative, gave me options with prices and made my choices easy. He was on site checking the crew's work, which was great. the crew was quick, cleaned up my yard better than I do. Completely on time with job, completed in budget. All in all a very good experience and I recommend LB Roofing to anyone.

If you own a house constructed before building codes existed, you know that extra "surprises" come up during improvement projects. Lee is a self-described "roofing nerd" and the right guy to work through options when such challenges arise. His crew showed up when promised, did what they were supposed to do, and cleaned up afterwards. All this for a fair price. And a shout-out to Nick, who kept me apprised throughout the process.

5 stars exclusively because of the lead Nick Nowak. We bought a house and I hired LB for some wood rot and gutter replacement. Nick was responsive from the start and great to work with. We had a few issues with a subcontractor and Nick made sure to fix everything and clean up their mistakes immediately. I will be using them for all my construction projects as long as Nick is still there.

I’ve gotten to know Lee and seen the quality of several projects as a supplier of his. As someone that interacts with many contractors on a day to day basis, I can certainly tell you there is wide spectrum of quality and trustworthiness in the industry. Lee has been in the business a long time and built his company on doing top notch craftsmanship. I highly recommend him for any residential or commercial project.
